Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

At first, no one really stepped in to help -- then Donovan came in. With exceptional leadership and kindness, Donovan immediately took action. He helped vacuum out the glass, covered the broken window, and even made sure I had a snack and ice water while dealing with everything. What could have been an overwhelming experience became manageable because of his compassion and willingness to help. This was more than just great customer service -- it was genuine human kindness during a stressful moment. Donovan exemplified professionalism, leadership, and empathy in a way that truly stood out.     I recently purchased a BMW 750i from this dealership and had it inspected within two days of…read morepurchase. The inspection identified mechanical issues including a leaking front axle, worn control arm bushings, and a misfire under acceleration. I returned to the dealership the same day to discuss these findings and was told their service department would follow up to schedule an inspection. My return window was extended to allow time for this. However, I did not receive follow-up within that timeframe. Because the vehicle required prompt mechanical attention to be safely and reliably driven, I proceeded with a second inspection and completed the necessary repairs through a BMW specialist, totaling just over $4,000. I attempted to resolve this directly with the dealership and through BBB before leaving this review, but no goodwill assistance was offered. I understand this was an as-is purchase, and the vehicle itself has been solid after repairs. However, I would have expected more timely follow-up and support given that these issues were identified immediately after purchase. Overall, a mixed experience--good car, but the post-sale communication and support did not meet expectations. Update 4/20/26: A service entry was added to my Carfax report on 4/8/26 indicating service performed by this dealership. I did not bring my vehicle to this dealership for service on that date. For context, the vehicle was serviced at a different facility (BMW dealer) on 4/6/26, and I have no record of any visit or service performed at AutoNation. I have submitted a data correction request to Carfax to have this entry reviewed and removed. This raises additional concerns regarding the accuracy of this dealership Update 4/27/2026: Carfax investigation found the service entry to be an error and was removed from the vehicles service history - again a concerning error from this dealership.

We were greeted by Ariel with a friendly smile. When I told her I had a story from today, Kelly came running out of her office to come hear what happened. Both women are super easy to talk to. I explained to them what happened to me at Ed Bozarth and the bully tactics the manager tried and they were about as shocked as we were. Ariel heard me mention the car I was looking at at EB and showed me an even better, slightly smaller (which is perfectly fine for me), somehow less expensive model that they had on the lot. We test drove it, I loved it, and we all sat down with Kelly to work the numbers. Kelly is certainly something else. We were instantly comfortable and laughing and happy to be there, our worries from the other dealership melting away. The process was smooth. Kelly got me a great rate and the payment I wanted. The was thorough with her explanations and ensured I understood everything she told me. I felt no pressure from her when it came time to make my final decision. She showed us the programs and numbers she was working with so we knew there weren't any hidden fees or numbers. The transparency helped us trust her even more. She did not pressure me to add on anything to my car but offered to help me get in contact with the right people when I'm ready. My friend and I will be telling EVERYONE we know to go to Enterprise to see Kelly and Ariel. Their no B.S. way of handling business inspires confidence and comfort. Their bumper to bumper warranty cannot be beat. The entire process was quick, easy, simple, and enjoyable--as any major purchase should be. Thank you for all of your help, ladies! I'll see you soon!
