After have a horrendous experience at Ed Bozarth on Havana (Anthony and Erik are AMAZING people, but their manager destroyed any and all potential for my business EVER), we journeyed down to Enterprise to take a look. We were greeted by Ariel with a friendly smile. When I told her I had a story from today, Kelly came running out of her office to come hear what happened. Both women are super easy to talk to. I explained to them what happened to me at Ed Bozarth and the bully tactics the manager tried and they were about as shocked as we were. Ariel heard me mention the car I was looking at at EB and showed me an even better, slightly smaller (which is perfectly fine for me), somehow less expensive model that they had on the lot. We test drove it, I loved it, and we all sat down with Kelly to work the numbers. Kelly is certainly something else. We were instantly comfortable and laughing and happy to be there, our worries from the other dealership melting away. The process was smooth. Kelly got me a great rate and the payment I wanted. The was thorough with her explanations and ensured I understood everything she told me. I felt no pressure from her when it came time to make my final decision. She showed us the programs and numbers she was working with so we knew there weren't any hidden fees or numbers. The transparency helped us trust her even more. She did not pressure me to add on anything to my car but offered to help me get in contact with the right people when I'm ready. My friend and I will be telling EVERYONE we know to go to Enterprise to see Kelly and Ariel. Their no B.S. way of handling business inspires confidence and comfort. Their bumper to bumper warranty cannot be beat. The entire process was quick, easy, simple, and enjoyable--as any major purchase should be. Thank you for all of your help, ladies! Since purchasing the vehicle I've already invested over $1,600 in maintenance costs. Nothing covered by warranty I purchased. I've even had to replace the Battery. Did they even do an inspection? It's been 6 months. I am now experiencing a critical problem with the key not being recognized by the vehicle. This is ridiculous! The car didn't even have a front license plate holder, which is required by Colorado. Had to purchase that myself. At this time I'm disappointed in myself for not doing my due diligence on this company. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are extremely unprofessional and this place is literally what people fear for in dealerships. They will sell you a crap car that will have issues the second you leave the place. They do not operate on principle. Once the car breaks down they leave all the issues for you to deal with. It is also impossible to speak to a manger or get your questions answered because they "only have one manager" there to help. They want a pat on the back for doing what they're supposed to do like giving you a rental when your car is in the shop. Lindsay pretends to be helpful until a couple months go by and then it isn't their problem. I've had 3 ISSUES since I bought the car 6 months ago and the "warranty" I purchased doesn't cover what it's supposed to. My dear friend was recently sold a faulty car by this company, which ended up essentially breaking down a few days after she received it, resulting in her needing her entire transmission replaced. After Enterprise Car Sales assured her it has passed their inspection test. Transmission replacements for Nissans can cost upwards of $5,000.00. This company and the saleswoman who assisted my friend clearly knew about the transmission; however, sold it to her anyway. DO NOT PURCHASE CARS FROM HERE. They are refusing to refund/compensate her. They embody the idea of the 'slimy car salesman' as this was clearly not their first rodeo taking advantage of an innocent person in this regard. Truly some of the most unethical individuals and business practices I've ever heard of. Be wary purchasing cars from them because you will likely get screwed over too. My friend is now currently in a legal battle with them, which never should've happened in the first place. I would recommend buying a car from literally ANYWHERE else. read more

Some of the most unethical people I've ever heard of. The way they screw people over and take advantage of people is truly horrifying. I would explain more but currently in a potential legal battle. I would recommend going literally anywhere else. These people have no integrity. It's absolutely disgusting the lengths they will go to protect themselves while screwing over people. They sold me a car with a faulty transmission. The alert appeared on the car within 4 days of owning it and they told me that it's nothing to worry about and steered me away from further investigation even though I should have returned it right then and there. They have tried gaslighting me even after I took the car to a service center and got the exact codes for what is wrong with the car by telling me that these codes are often wrong and just need to be reset! Like sure reset the codes and pretend I don't need a new transmission, so I can drive around with a faulty car that puts my life at risk! They are refusing to compensate me and are lying and manipulating the situation even more. People like this have no conscience, I truly don't understand how you can lie and screw other people over like this. For what? A commission? Is it worth it? I'm baffled by the level of manipulation and sliminess. The stereotype for deceitful car salesmen is through and through true in this case. I purchased a car from Enterprise Sales department in Highland Ranch Colorado. After the purchase they said I had a 1 week to test drive car and be happy with it or return it if not (for a $200 restock fee). I loved the car but after the 3 days I notice a growling sound in the right rear. I took the car to a nearby car dealership where they found the right rear wheel bearing was going out. I notified Devon, and others (Rebecka, Dylan and Jevon) on the sales team about the problem. The Enterprise Sales Team was very understanding about the problem and took care of everything cost wise with the dealership. Unfortunately, after I worked with her I was sent to another person to do the paper work. I'll call this person 'Jay'. Jay took his sweet time with the paper work and I ended up sitting in the waiting room for THREE hours! I can't remember the name of the young man at the counter, but he referred us to Enterprise Car Sales since we mentioned we are in the market for a new one. We decided to check it out this Saturday (12/23). And Merry Christmas to us, we left with a 2016 Chevy Sonic. Let me tell you that the process was easy, no pressure and the staff there is great.
