We have moved multiple times in east cost always use the same mover from NY. This time thought of trying a NJ based mover. Here are the issues 1.Lack of professional behavior. They came inside saw that entryway table had a few bills picked them up asked me which currency it is. 2. One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. Please note it was a very painful experience and no one deserves this kind of billing or nonsense

I unexpectedly needed a few additional items boxed on moving day, and they handled everything without hesitation. Every item was packed and transported with great care. Nothing was broken, damaged, or missing. The move into my new space was just as smooth as the move out of my old one. They carefully followed all of the building's rules for elevator use, placed furniture exactly where I requested, and neatly stacked boxes in the appropriate rooms. What impressed me most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They communicated clearly throughout the process, regularly checked to make sure I didn't have any questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Before leaving, they removed all of the packing materials they had used and left both my old and new homes clean and tidy. The entire move stayed on schedule and was remarkably efficient. I honestly could not have been happier with how smoothly everything went. The two movers assigned to my move were truly exceptional--kind, courteous, hardworking, and diligent professionals who clearly take great pride in their work. Once I started unpacking boxes and moving items out of my garage, I found significant damage. One antique table that belonged to my grandmother has clearly been mishandled. There are two places where there were shreds of wood on the corner. I was unpacking boxes that were supposed to be books they packed, and I got about halfway through one box and discovered that they threw two glass shadowbox frames in with the books. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Even novice movers know you don't put glass frames at the bottom of a box of books!!!! I'm seriously afraid to see what else got damaged in the numerous boxes I have yet to unpack. It's pathetic.

Based upon all of the great reviews, I called them. This review is not about the actual moving…read moreservice. It's about the customer service representative(Jina) who took my call. She was absolutely rude and nasty. Someone with her disposition should never be answering calls and dealing with prospective clients. I try not to leave negative reviews. I even told this rep. this. I told her if I do leave a negative review, it would be because of her. After being reached by Tony J., assuming he's the owner/president of the company, he has to realize his employees have NO right to scream at customers/prospective clients! This rep, named JINA SCREAMED September THIRD! THIRD!! That wasn't necessary. She was really nasty to begin with a really bad attitude. She was probably having a really bad day...which can be understandable, but DO NOT speak to anyone that way, let alone customers/prospective customers. Btw, I could've said a lot worse, but didn't. So, chastise your own employees!
