Went to a friend's house one evening in a rural part of North San Diego County about a year ago and noticed there wasn't the spider webs and bugs crawling around. It was early evening and at our home we were embarrassed to have friends over without spending 1/2 day cleaning webs, removing egg sacs and all that. It's been a year now and at a very affordable rate we enjoy our backyard without any prep and without hesitation knowing it's clean and ready to go. We travel quite a bit, and they come while we're gone and first thing we do is go sit out back and enjoy the view . . . bug free! Like another reviewer they stopped doing every two month treatments. Which I didn't even catch until I had bees IN MY HOUSE! I reached out and I was really jerked around about the bees. When I say bees in my house I mean 15 bees at one point with more getting in from the fireplace and attic. Instead of saying they were booked I was told bees could only be treated early in the morning or in the evening. I was told the swarm may move on (not true) and to give it 48-72 hours. He even came out for the usual service and didn't even check if there was a hive, said to give it time. On bee treatment day (which was delayed BTW by 24 hours) the owner showed up past 10:30 with the sun out with bees everywhere saying he could treat the bees and finally admitted that he was just booked and time didn't make a difference. I spent three days trusting what he said spending the afternoons killing bees completely freaked out. I have kids and pets! Needless to say he stormed off when I said I talked to a bee removal company. read more

Chris came and assured me that the issue would be resolved and if I had any problems within the coming weeks after spraying, I could call them and he would come back without an additional fee. Personable, professional, and responsive pest control service! I called this morning regarding a bee issue that was arising in my backyard and they were at my house the same day, just past-noon. Chris greeted my dog and I at the door with a smile, was thorough with his explanation of the treatment being provided, and answered all of my many questions with his 20+ years of knowledge and expertise in the field. I was also pleased to hear they use pet-friendly, specialized mixtures for dealing with pests. I don't know what happened to this guy but they no showed twice in a row. I thought they were going to come every two months or quarterly but they give stopped coming. I called them back six months ago and Dale came, who is a very nice guy. Anyways, I started seeing ants in the house So I called and set up a Wednesday for him to stop by and no show then I called and she said somehow I got put on Thursday schedule. No show again! So I called and said to call me and schedule a day and time, so far nothing. So I guess they don't want the business. I thing that Bugs me is the lack of communication. Spent the last 2 months trying to get them to answer the phone. Left several messages and still no response, call back, nothing.
