He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?

No paperwork was provided with the sliding door- so no manufacturer warranty. We don't expect any further contact.

There are areas where the landscaping fabric is missing, and instead of having a finished, clean yard, I now have debris, grass and weeds growing throughout the yard and driveway. The overall result looks unfinished and very poorly maintained. Also Leigh came to put a demo wooden fence for me to see if I'm interested and I decided not to go with it and she just left the fence there and ignoring my message when I nicely asked her to come remove it. Very poor communication and a lot of miscommunication with this company. I already paid the company in full, and when I contacted the owner about the problems, he told me that the guys would come back to fix the issues. However, I have been waiting since May, and the owner keeps postponing and delaying the work. At this point, the debris, weeds and grass have spread throughout my yard and driveway, making the entire property look extremely messy and unattractive. I have contacted the owner multiple times and have been patient, but the continued delays are very frustrating. I would really like the company to take responsibility and come back to properly complete the work that I already paid for. I am posting this review because I have given them plenty of time and opportunities to correct the issues, but nothing has been resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I regret it when I recommended them to my neighbors because I trust them that they will come back to fix it and I was looking forward to work with them for future projects. I'm extremely disappointed and I'm asking them to take a full responsibility.
