The service department here is confusing and not welcoming at all. I pull up and wait for 5-7 mins before being greeted despite having an appointment. While waiting the service guys are just conversing amongst each other which is very off putting considering I am sitting there just waiting and no one is explaining anything to me. No explanation as to why I am waiting. Finally a service rep comes out and ask what services I needed. I explain quickly that I need to replace the passenger side headlight. She then starts asking me questions about the bulb. Then she says, "you know it's really expensive to fix the headlight in a Camaro, it can be as high as 70 dollars a hour for the labor alone, are you sure you want to have this fixed?" I am beyond irritated. Ma'am I am driving a 2015 Camaro, therefore the maintenance for the vehicle is kinda in my budget and if you are not sure why the headlight is out why are you quoting me prices? To add insult to injury I had to find the service rep to find out the status of my vehicle. Only to be told the cost and that the work hadn't started yet. I have waited over 1.5 hours to find out that whole light has to be replaced at the cost of $439 dollars. The service rep says to me "these camaros are so expensive to repair, I am just learning this," to which I respond , "I am aware," because I am confused as to why she is so hell bent on explaining the cost to me as if I can not afford the repair. When I asked how long it will take, she then stated that she would need to find out about the parts. So I am unclear if the headlight will be fixed today or what! This is beyond piss poor service. I come from in Indiana and normally deal with the Indiana's largest Chevy dealer Hare Chevrolet in Noblesville whose service department is ranked in the top 15 service departments in the country. I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership until today's visit at Munday. 1st, last and only time I will come to Mundy Chevrolet. If this is the best Chevy service department in Houston, then just throw all of the Houston Chevy dealerships in the trash! read more

I have tried calling Rodney, multiple times. He doesn't answer his phone .. was totaled and I of course need a new car to get back and forth to work. We looked around at cars and had decided that we needed an SUV because we have three kids, all of which are in car seats. I submit an application online and receive a text message from Justin Tran. I have been approved blah blah blah, come in the approval is up to 25g (which is what we were getting with other dealers). We tell him, we need a guarantee that we will be walking away with a car because ours was totaled and we will have to pay a taxi to get there. He guarantees us that this is an approval. $80 later and we arrive at the dealership and ask for Justin. "He is busy with a customer," so Christian Garcia comes to help us out. There was no approval, it was a preapproval and since we were not present at the dealership and we did it online the preapproval went away. WHAT? what is the point of online? We have to run everything again. Fine. An hour passes and nobody has updated anything. Finally my husband asks someone find Christian or Justin and they cannot be found. Two hours later we are told they are running our application. Seriously? (mind you I am here with a 6, 3, and 5 month old). Christian comes and asks to speak to my husband (he would not include me in the conversation although I was a coapplicant). Says that they are going to put is in a Sonic. Definitely not an SUV but it was new and a car that would be reliable, so we agreed. Another two hours pass and nobody has updated us, so my husband goes and asks to speak with someone. Christian FINALLY comes back and says that they are going to put is in a used 2014 cruze with 50k miles. Seriously? At this point we had been there almost 5 hours, so my husband agrees that we will get that car because it seems like we had no other options. 6 hours later and the store now close to closing we sign the paperwork. We leave and no sooner than we leave a check engine light is on and a message saying that there is something wrong with the airbag. I immediately email Christian (dealership was not answering the phone and we wouldn't have made it back by closing) and he says that they will send me a "we owe." That was almost a week ago. I call the dealership and ask for a manager and someone named Kevin answers and was very rude. I explain the situation and I tell him I want to return the car as it was taken to a mechanic and multiple codes popped up for the engine light being wrong. This car has multiple issues. He tells me that the loan had already been funded, so there was really nothing they could do but I can bring the car for them to see. REALLY? No way they did not notice this issue! Sep. 09th my husband calls the dealership and asks to speak to the sales manager, and he gets someone named Oscar. Oscar says that he will research the issue and call right back. 4 hours later and still no call. I call and leave him a message asking him to call me back, of course he has yet to do that. I call the bank doing our financing and they said that the dealership had not sent them the contract and Kevin lied when he said that the deal had been funded. The bank verified that they never received the contract therefore no money has been sent. Smell that? Something smells fishy. We also received a call from someone in financing saying that we needed to sign a whole new contract because the contract we did sign has payment information wrong... Again, I smell fish! STAY AWAY! I take my 2016 Colorado here to have the service done. The staff is friendly but be careful, you may not get all the work you request it done. This last time I went there, this was the second time they said happened where they forgot to rotate my tires. I called them when I got home and the receptionist said she couldn't find the person that helped me and that she would have him call me back. I ended up calling them four times trying to talk to somebody about what happened and could never get ahold of somebody that could talk to me. And I don't know what the plan is up scheduling an appointment time when it takes an hour and 45 minutes to change oil. I can change the oil in my driveway in less than 15 minutes. The only reason why I come here is because GM requires you to use a certain oil otherwise you void the warranty. It's cheaper for me to come to the dealership then it is for me to buy the oil or the counter. read more

I find this company to use deceptive trade practices. Maybe not illegal but they certainly do not have the level of ethics that I want to deal with. Using their internet site I picked a vehicle and then discussed the details over the phone. I asked and the sales person confirmed that they would sale the vehicle for the amount listed on their site. I drove the hour and half after work to look at the vehicle and get a price on the one I wa going to trade. After arriving and the salesperson writing the numbers down on a piece of paper they were $1,500 higher than advertised. Oh, I didn't qualify for one of the $1,500 discounts. You have to have a special card from Chevrolet for it. He said they had disclaimers on the website to cover themselves. Ok getting past that I worked a deal with the sales person having me initial the price we agreed on. I was then sent to finiancing to sign all of the papers. After going through a lot of preliminary paperwork they finally pulled out the formal contract. It was not for the price we agreed on plus the tax title and license. To my surprise it included a $2,888 dealer prep fee which was never mentioned or discussed. Supposedly it covered tinting, undercoating, leather protections and other items. I guess they were hoping that I would just agree. I left without buying. Went to Classic Chevrolet and had a totally different experience. They were up front with all of their costs and fees and didn't hide anything. My advice is go to Classic and deal with an honest, above board dealership. read more

Great place to buy a car. HORRIBLE place to have it serviced. I had an appointment to get my oil changed. I waited for 30 minutes no one would wait on me. I am supposing because I am a woman because they sure ran right out and helped the guys. I went in and ASKED for help and some guy said, yeah we will get to you. They didn't, I left. I WILL go back to buy a car but never to have serviced. This is the 3rd time they have treated me badly. Now my goal is to share my experience with EVERYONE on the internet. Never use their shuttle, if it rains when it is time to pick you up, they will tell you that they cannot because of the rain. The woman who takes your money at the service department found it extremely funny that I had to pay 60 dollars for a cab because their shuttle doesn't run in the rain. I went in and bought a Tahoe I have great credit and I was preapproved with my credit union with a 2.1 interest rate they kept insisting on financing there but I was stuck on my credit union after we hashed out price I went to credit union to get paperwork about 2 pm and came back they said car was sold so I said ok well at 530 after my credit union closed I got a call said car didn't sell and that they had car and would give me 1.9 % I said ok let's get this over with so I thought I signed everything. Overall - Avoid What happened 1. Was quoted a price so I made the 1 hour drive. Was told that it is actually $9,000 more because "He didnt realize that it had optional extras". This means he didn't even look at the truck before getting me to drive out there. 2. He made me sit in a room while he stuffed his face with food for 20 minutes. I actually watched him do it... I convinced myself he was waiting on his boss to see if we could make a deal, but when he came back he brought a different person because he "was too busy". 3. Waited 30 more minutes for new salesmen to be "Brought up to speed". 4. Was shown the same truck that I couldn't afford. 5. Was shown a truck that I still couldn't afford but much less options. 6. Attempted to walk away but was told to let him try one more time. He came back and attempted to get me to finance for 6 years. 7. On my last couple of visits to Munday, the maintenance on my car used to get done in a timely manner but now it's back to the 3+ hour oil changes. After expressing my anger and frustration with the service department at Munday Chevrolet to an uncaring staff, I took the issue to the manager Steve who had the audacity to try to put his hand on my shoulder to try to console me, totally ridiculous. Please do not come here. We took my car that got hit. Minor issue not a big hit, it on needed the bumper to be repair. Well the Pearson who took in charge (who's name I'm not going to mention here) never contacted us to let us know how my car was doing. We had to call him and half of the time he wasn't available. It took him more than 2 months to get a bumper fix because they did not have the parts or the right equipment. A Chevy dealership who does not have parts for a Chevy car!!! How ridiculous don't you think. When my mother called angry to find out more information they never answered her or they will hang up on her in the middle of HEr sentence. The disrespect to a women. When they finally ordered the missing part of my car and 3 weeks passed I called again to get an update (I called, not them). And the guy said "I still don't have the bumper and I do not know where it is or when it is coming." I bought a 2017 Mustang GT and was told it passed a 180 point inspection. But when I got home it had no air pump for the tires, sports cars don't come with a spare only air pump. Oscar Guevara was called and told me to come to the dealership he had the air pump ready for me to pick up. when I got to the dealership he had no air pump nor had he ordered one. was told that one was ordered when I was there. so Monday morning I called at 9:30 Rodrick Grant answered and said Oscar was in a meeting for 5 more mins. Rodrick got all my info and stated he would call me back and have Oscar would call after he got out of meeting. 6 hours later neither of them called me. So I called Oscar and he stated he was not sure if the air pump was in yet, at that point Rodrick Grant started yelling at me over the phone saying YOUR PART IS IN ARE YOU COMING PICK IT UP OR WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I been so taken from the Audacity of a sales men to yell at a customer. I showed up to the dealership on Tuesday to get my air pump, got Oscar to get my part and ask to speak to Rodrick the man who yelled at me. was given every excuse why Rodrick could not come see me face to face. finaly I got Oscar to get his boss to talk to me. I have visited this dealer on 3/31/17 to get the Asian conquest lease deal. Renaldo helped me out. I drove 30 miles from my apartment to get the deal. I made a phone call and talked to Renaldo. I asked him if they got the deal and he said yes. So I just went there. They offered me a whole different price then the lease I was asking. Renaldo kept was talking to his manager he kept lowered the monthly lease price from $429$ to $246 however I still did not get the price I was expecting. Then his manager Chris came and talked to me said that the lease deal was valid only in NY, NJ and CT. Then I left the dealership. Today I found out that the Asian conquest lease deal was nationwide. Was told by new sales manager Scott Mongoria that defects in my stripes that came with my car "should be expected" and was told "that's not how the world works" when I was trying to get them replaced after having several salesmen note the defects and was promised new ones by him a week earlier. I was talked down to by Scott, yelled at and completely disrespected as if I were a child. Then when i asked for the owmer and general managers contact information, they refused to give it to me. I filled out the online application with them, and their "customer service" team called me three times after I made an appointment to see if I wanted to make an appointment. After I went in and spoke with them in person and was unhappy with the terms they were offering on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I left and told them I was not interested. I have since (in 2 days' time) had 4 MORE phone calls asking me if I want to come in to their dealership and look at cars. Well this happened Tuesday morning 10.6.15 Go to test drive a Tahoe at Munday Chevrolet, come back to find a busted window on my truck 10 FEET FROM THE MAIN BUILDING WITH NO LESS THAN 4-5 GUYS STANDING AROUND with their thumbs in their butts ( but apparently didn't hear or see anything). Initially they offer to ATTEMPT to replace the window, but in the end refused. After further investigation I find that $650 had been stolen from my center console from cashing my check just 10 mins before that no one knew was there; and to then find a small Styrofoam cup that wasn't mine inside on my passenger side chair, which was available at the concession area inside the dealership ( curious ). Called the Sheriff's office and had a deputy come out to file an official report. The GM at the dealership claimed to take " special interest " in attempting to put me a new vehicle just to blow me off by going to lunch, coming back and talking with another person ( instead of finding me immediately to resolve this), then went back to his office just to come out, look at me and ask " can I help you" like he had no idea who I was. He went on to explain that if HIS personal vehicle was broken into his boss wouldn't be responsible for anything. I then ask what of some one was mugged, his response, " we would not be liable for that as well." ( note- you and your personal belongings ARE NOT SAFE AT MUNDAY CHEVROLET!!!) These people did everything they could to basically pressure me out of the building, turned rude when they realized I wasn't letting this go and not buying a vechile from them. His callous responses to me is what has brought me to filing a small claims suit against the dealership and OWNER. No help with the replacement from these guys. I was basically told I was on my own and to essentially go f myself. So now I am out $220 for the window, but I am out nearly a weeks pay and whatever the costs will be to match the tint of the other windows. Total BS. I visited the service department at this dealership. After being told a diagnostic on my vehicle was free, I arrived in the service bay and was told the actual cost was $153 I was wary but also in a tight situation. My car was displaying "Check Stabilitrak" and "Traction Control Off", I wanted to find out what was going on. When I found out the issues with my vehicle, I tried to have part of my service done at the dealership and would have my own mechanic perform the rest. I quickly learned that the $153 I had to pay could not be applied to the repairs I wanted to have because they were not what the dealership deemed to be the main issue with my vehicle. That was problematic enough for me but what has happened since my initial complaints to GMC and the Sterling McCall dealership have made my initial dissatisfaction seem almost trivial. I have spoken with GMC's Customer Service department and had to call and threaten to hold on the line until the supervisor on my case was free to speak to me. The first line representative told me the supervisor had not attempted to call me nor had she scheduled any calls to be made to me. When I did speak to her, she told me that the customer service department could do nothing in regards to my experience with the dealership. I finally spoke with Kyle Mixon at the service department at Sterling McCall and he told me that our definitions of the word "fix" were different and I had a misunderstanding of their policy. Today, I spoke with John Curry who repeatedly cut me off and said I was "mad" because I wasn't getting the answer I wanted. I have never felt so devalued as a customer or disrespected. I am moving forward with a complaint with the TX Attorney General's office for deceptive practices and I would strongly warn consumers against visiting this dealership even when desperate. Every old adage about car dealerships and sneaky operating practices are very much true and in no danger of stopping at this dealership. I know I'll get a standard response from their online team here but, rest assured, public apologies are about as far as it'll go with this company. read more

Never introduced himself, had no knowledge of the cars or inventory and did nothing to assist us. He spent all of our test drives turning up the music...and never once offered any information about any of the vehicles we had questions on. We even had to find our own cars. Poor customer service. This place is absolutely terrible. From day one until now my blood boils thinking about how terribly we have been treated. From wanting us to buy a truck on an IOU, not being able to "get" the keys for us to see the truck we wanted to purchase, then they run our credit score and in the preowned office makes the salesman bring us a report that shows financing of 16% (my credit score is high 700's by the way) They make all these promises about the certified preowned vehicle we purchased and how all these warranties and oil changes, etc can be done at any Chevrolet dealership. NOT TRUE. Also they attached $1,588 in accessories on the truck that were already INCLUDED on the truck so we couldn't not have the $1,588 added to the purchase... Turns out that's a lie too. We had to drive 2 hours all the way back To get out tinted windows.... I arrived at 10am on the dot and the manager told me they'd push me up front... WRONG. Come 12:30 they hadn't even started and told us we needed to reschedule. RESCHEDULE. I LIVE 2 HOURS AWAY AND THEY KNEW THIS. I also asked for our certified preowned paperwork that they forgot to give us and turns out they lost it. They wanted to keep our truck and give us a loner vehicle and for us to come back next weekend... UH NO!!! You don't need my truck to give me the paperwork that is mine to begin with. I could go on and on. I hope this review is a large enough warning for everyone to read and take to heart. Do not deal with these heartless, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional people. I might be in my twenties but I am not an idiot nor will I take such disrespect from flat out LIARS! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE. AVOID! This review is for the service department. I took my brand new car back to the service department a month after purchase to have a loose part that was banging on the underside of the vehicle reconnected. When I walked into the service department I was completely ignored until I finally got someone's attention who looked like they worked there. I asked who I needed to speak to about a service issue and was told with a smirk "uhh myself or any of these people sitting here". If your attempting to be a good representative of your business and apply proper customer service you at least ask "how may I help you?" when you see a customer walk inside. Anyway, I explained the problem, showed exactly where the issue was and what needed to be done. I was given a loner vehicle and returned to work and was told they would call me when everything was complete. About 3pm that afternoon I saw I had a missed call. There was no voicemail. I called the number back and it was Munday Chevrolet. I connected to service and told the person who answered the phone I had a missed call with no message, he asked my name and attempted to connect me with the original person I had worked with that morning. The phone rang multiple times and then hung up without going to a voice mail. I called back explained what had happened and they attempted to connect me again. same result. I waited thirty minutes called back again and asked instead of attempting to connect me could they just check the status of my vehicle. He checked that status and determined that the car had been ready and I could come pick it up. No call, no message, no email. So I took off work, drove back to Munday walked into the service area and same result as before so I approached the first person I saw and said I needed to pick up my car and he said I was in the wrong spot I needed to go to the pick up window. How the hell was I supposed to know? Get off your fat butt and show me where I need to go and what I need to sign and don't act like I'm bothering you. So I go over to the pick up window and they hand me print out. I say, where do I get my car? they look at me like im stupid and they say "they valet brings it around". so I go outside and stand there for fifteen minutes waiting on the car to come around. while im standing there I read the printout they handed me and it says "could not duplicate the issue". which means that after showing them what was wrong they did not correct the problem. The car was brought around, I went back inside and found another person and explained the problem. He looked at the printout and said, "they couldn't duplicate the problem you claimed you were having". got it. thanks. I asked him to come out to the car, I reached under the car and started slapping the loose piece of material up against the wheel well. I said that's what it sounds like when I drive. He said "oh, uhhh, well you can leave it and we can fix it tomorrow." I can't take off work tomorrow. why couldn't you just call me and tell me what was up and I could have explained or just listened to me when I first explained the problem. Anyway, I'm not hard to deal with. That was just a very bad, very frustrating customer service experience. And my car is still not repaired. read more

**IT WAS HORRIBLE!** They put me in a 2014 Chevy Camaro on a Saturday and it took almost 2 weeks before a bank could get me financed. First it was more money down and no cosigner, then it was you need a cosigner and no now the bank wont approve you for a 2014, only a 2013. Then they ran the numbers for a 2013 without asking me and were so persistent on putting me in a 2013 AFTER then had already had me in 2014. Granted, my credit was not perfect but they should have NEVER put me in a vehicle that they couldn't work with me on. Every time I called no one returned my calls I had to go up there an talk to them and still no answers. Needless to say, HORRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE HERE! The sales people there are cons. They will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to make a sale. They also try to push you into buying their vehicles for three-four thousand more than actual price of the vehicle. Then for the service department I only have twenty thousand miles on my vehicle and they recommend new tires. They also just check you in take you vehicle to the back and say we will call you when it's ready. For just an oil change took them two-three hour both times I went. They also don't give you any total price up front. They spring it on to you at the end when you pick up ur vehicle. read more

On a busy Tuesday at 7:15 am my transmission light came on as I drove to work. I made a quick decision to drive over to Sterling McCall Chevrolet to see if they could diagnose the problem. Every person I encountered was extremely professional and courteous. I was paired with Paul Samra who was patient and understanding with my questions. He also ordered me an Uber so I could get to work on time. Later in the morning, he called with bad news about the necessary repairs. I decided to get a second opinion and expected to be told I was on my own to get back to the dealership to pick up my car -- again, Paul took care of me by ordering the Uber AND waiving my diagnostic fee, noting it took less than 5 minutes to diagnose my issue and that they do not charge in that case. I really was blown away at my experience with Paul and the dealership, and while I obtained repair elsewhere, I would not hesitate to go back to Sterling McCall for service or a new car. First of all I just want to point out the fact that I have been coming here for service for 7 years now. Never had I had such a bad experience like I did today. When I arrived for my 11 o'clock appointment for an OIL CHANGE there was about only 2 vehicles AHEAD in the service lane (didn't look busy at all). About 2 hours in at 1pm,still no update on the status of my car. No text,no emails. So i text my service advisor Elvin Carrera and no reply. I go ask a different advisor and he told me to go ask my advisor which was nowhere in sight. (At this point i see the service tech parking my car out front (ready for me) but So he then told me go ask Liz (which is in his team because Elvin was at lunch). I asked liz and she told me with a bad mood that elvin was at lunch so that she would be with me in a few minutes which she seemed annoyed. 20 minutes passed and I didn't hear from liz or elvin. I go ask again and no one is able to help me. My car has been ready for 30 minutes now and no one has come to give me my keys. So finally I come across Mr. Asim Khan and I asked can you please help me, I said my car has been sitting there ready for me for 30 minutes now and no one can discharge me yet. It didn't take Mr Khan no more than 5 minutes to give me my keys and charge me for the service and give me my paperwork. HE DIDNT HESITATE TO HELP ME even though Elvin was still at lunch. I find it unacceptable that the other service advisors were making me wait for Elvin to come back from lunch when they could have simply helped me just the way Mr Khan did. He went out of his way to help me. He didn't tell me like the others " ask your service advisor "," ask liz she's in his team", "elvin is at lunch", "you have to wait for Elvin since he's your service advisor ". Mr. Khan gladly listened to me and helped me without hesitation. Without his help who knows how much longer i would have waited. I ended up leaving at 2 pm. 3 hours later just for an oil change and waiting for the advisor to get back from lunch! At the end of it all i didn't receive my multi point inspection report of my car. When I got into my car my door and door handles were noticeably dirty as well as my arm rest. Also one of my biggest doubt or concern is that when i arrived i had 40153 miles on my car and when I left i had 40163. I would like to know what was done to my car that 10 miles was added! read more

I have never been so dissapointed in a customer service experience. I was trying to buy a used 2014 chevy sonic lt. The sales person that showed us a car was new and knew nothing about the car he was showing us. He then passed us on to someone that was experienced but was was rude and completely ignored me and only spoke to my boyfriend even though I was clear the car would be mine. After getting a potentially better salesman, we expressed our concerns about the car that it smelled of smoke and had a broken air vent. Both of these things were agreed to be fixed if I purchased the vehicle. I was told the car would be ready no later than Tuesday. It was Friday when we signed all our papers. When we went in tues to get the car the air vent was not fixed, and the seat had a burn mark where they melted it where they tried to steam the smell out. There was also a rip in the ceiling where they scrubbed the top raw. He said he would get it repaired and would call me on wed to let me know the status. I got no call and when I called on Thursday everything was still not done and he said he couldn't give me an estimated date of when it would be done. We've been bounced around trying to get ahold of our sales guy. When I did reach him he said it wasn't his fault that everything was taking so long. While I agree it's not his fault, he is the face of our experience and I would expect that he would make sure things are being done by the date he quoted us. This dealership as a whole has been really incompetent and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for an easy car buying experience. We will be canceling our order and going to another dealership even though it means buying a new car at a higher rate. read more
