This guy hired me last year under his old business name(Grout Medics) to do his stone restoration which I specialize in(10+ years of hands on experience). After he greedily over-promised his customers and failed to collect the check, he refused to pay me for the expertise and general labor I provided him in the midst of his lack of knowledge, which took me out thousands of dollars in efforts to smooth over his sleazy sales antics. Then he had the audacity to accuse me of undelivering his fictitious promises. Kevin is a clown who should stick to mediocre grout restoration and stay out of the high-end realm of business with his shoddy work ethic. There are no excuses to not pay competent laborers for their efforts to serve the greater goal. We had Kevin F. with the Grout Experts fix the grout in our sunroom, laundry room and bathroom.  The old grout was stained, dirty, and some of it was cracked.  Kevin helped us pick out new colors for the grout and he was very helpful with explaining the repair process.  His technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional.  We were extremely satisfied with the finished project and it was all done the same day.  The cost was very affordable and the flooring in all the rooms looks brand new.  I would highly recommend Kevin and his team with the Grout Experts for anyone needing grout repair.  I do not post reviews very often and very seldom would give a company 5 stars, but this company deserves all five of them. read more

We put in our tile floors ourselves. After a few months, the grout was cracking, crumbling, and discolored. Kevin gave us a free estimate. We scheduled the repair tech. He showed up on time, was professional, and efficient. After a few weeks, we noticed a problem spot where the crumbling was happening again. We contacted The Grout Experts again, and they immediately scheduled a follow up visit. The tech recognized that there was an underlying issue from the way we had installed the tile. He corrected the issue. Repaired the grout again, and there was no extra charge. I can honestly say that The Grout Experts guarantee their work, and stand behind that guarantee. He was very polite and professional, and did a really good job stripping out the mistakes and making the bathroom look new again, including buffing the countertop to eliminate scratches the prior contractor had made. Called Grout Experts on Monday and Tuesday they showed up on time. I have a super large Master bath that was growing mold and flaking grout. They steamed and re-grouted and had that shower looking brand new in a few hours. Also had them re-grout around the kitchen sink and back splash. Couldn't be happier with the work and pricing. I randomly found Grout Experts online. They responded very quickly, provided a reasonable estimate, and did an outstanding job. We had a shower that had mold throughout and needed it refreshed. On time, clean and quick. Sonny fixed some loose tiles, regrouted and sealed them to make everything uniform. He also mixed up some caulk to fix a crack in a piece of tile that I could not find a replacement for (I really did not want to redo the whole floor over one broken tile).
