We initially reached out to a well-known carpet cleaning company. Unfortunately, it didn't work out since we didn't have a hose connection on or property and they didn't have the portable cleaning machine. Womp womp. I did a good ol' Yelp search and created a project for my couch cleaning needs. John was the first to reach back out with a quote and was super responsive! I like to move quickly especially with getting these couches cleaned. I did a pre-clean myself and it was intense so John had his work cut out for him. The first pass through made more of the dirt come out...scary! But he was honest and said if it still was there after it dried, he'd come back and clean it. It smelled great, but it was still a bit stained. John was kind enough to come back and do another pass for no additional charge! Second time's a charm! He did a great job and honestly, it was John's customer service and honesty that sold me! Once cleaned of the 25 year build up, there were many small scratches and some faded spots from the sun. He then did a light screening and recoating with some water based polyurethane. One room's light colored Berber carpet was especially nasty dirty, and Adrian spent a lot of time cleaning the carpet in that room, and he got it clean. Very clean. It was like night and day. I was amazed. No exaggeration, I didn't think they could get that room's carpet remotely close to clean -- and they most certainly did -- they got it dang clean.
