We found Turk (Grout Lines Plus) on Yelp and wanted to pay it forward by writing a review. The entire process was quick and easy. One of our showers receives more use than the others and as a result has disproportionate wear and tear. Grout and caulking specifically had degraded. In some cases our grout along the floor completely chipped away. The office promptly called to discuss scheduling and described how they operate. Turk arrived on time and was able to quickly assess our shower. He presented options for what he could do and various color choices. He returned the following week as scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. He works very clean and our shower was left spotless before he left. This was a fairly small job, but I would not hesitate to use Turk again for larger jobs in the future. Would definitely recommend. Pricing is reasonable as well. read more

Turk helped give me so much peace of mind, and made our shower look great! The guy we bought our house from was a big (bad) DIY-er, used the wrong kind of caulk (which cracked and peeled) and did a bad job tiling. Turk recaulked, reset a few loose tiles and filled in grout that had fallen out in just a few hours for a SUPER reasonable price. I'm optimistic that everything holds up - but as it stands, everything looks fantastic. Turk was super courteous, cleanly, and nice to my toddler and curious cats! Did I mention reasonably priced?! Turk was excellent! Easy to arrange service and arrived promptly which is always a pleasure that doesn't happen much these days. He did an incredibly great job cleaning the bathroom tub tiles and removing old caulk and applying new caulk. Made the bathroom look like new! I'm thrilled with the job and have already started referring this company to others. Save yourself money on larger jobs and get this done with Grout Lines Plus. I had also called very late the night before to confirm starting time thinking they would not answer the phone at that hour and they did! All I can say is amazing. Turk is by far one of the most professional contractors I have had come into my home. Jamie was incredibly sweet and helpful over the phone while trying to set up my appointment. I was able to get Turk out within one week (has Is in very high demand). I'll post a before and after picture of how amazing he was at cleaning our very dirty tile. He also did grout line removal and application. We hired Grout Lines Plus to redo the caulk in our shower and grout in our bathroom. Turk came out and was extremely professional. Turk did a phenomenal job cleaning the shower (removing mold, etc.) and then redoing the caulk along the shower and sink. He also redid the grout in between the tiles of our bathroom, and it looks great. The whole time, Turk provided us options but also shared his professional opinion which helped guide us in decision-making. I would absolutely use their services again! read more

I called and made an appointment for an estimate. Turk came and was able to do the work that very same day. He was diligent, precise and did an AMAZING job. Would use him again, I just wish I had more for him to do he was that good. Timely, cleaned everything up and give him extra credit as my air conditioner was not working at 100% on the hottest day of the year, not only did he do a great job, he did it in sub-optimal conditions and with a smile on his face. My wife and I had issues with grout and caulk missing around our tub which has caused some leaks in our kitchen ceiling. We talked with Turk from Grout Lines Plus and he gave a us very fair estimate on the amount of work he had to do. He was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. We picked the new grout and caulk colors we wanted and he knocked it out in a few hours. Our bathroom looked brand new when he was done. So thankful there is a service like this out there. We have never needed grout work done before but had a leak in our new home and sought out recommendations. We were able to schedule Turk to come out within just a few days and he did a truly beautiful job. The shower he worked on positively gleams. He worked really hard with few breaks and, for the effort he put in, charged a very fair price. After reading the good reviews, I called to schedule an estimate. I needed my bathroom shower stall re-caulked. Turk came on time. He gave me a fair estimate so he started work the same day. Our shower needed some of a facelift in the tiles in the shower,he did the grouting in the shower and caulking around the tub and floor area also some areas that was needed in other areas.
