I have only had 2 appointments so far but the difference in my skin is crazy-so I am writing this review. I have tried medication through doctors and topicals through doctors with no difference or worsening skin for over a year, however after having a back facial appointment and a new product they recommended me, my back is almost completely clear. Everyone needs help with their skin, this is the place to go! Karen is a licensed Estitician and graduated with her master from one of the best schools; Paroba College in Everett. I can attest that this woman KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT! She is passionate and incredibly knowledgable when it comes to ingredients and customizing her treatments and "homework" to fit her clients needs. Gently she guides you through the process and educates you on the steps and products she uses. In NO way does she push you to buy product, all she desires and delights in is your healthy skin. Today I had a microderm...which means a little deeper exfoliation, hydration and treatment. The entire process took under an hour. The exfoliation head can be customized according to how sensitive your skin is, and since mine is HIGHLY SENSITIVE, she used the lightest head. I have never had a microderm before but after this, I want them all the time! It was extremely relaxing! She finishes with layers of skincare (serums, moisturizer, spf and eye cream) from PCA Skincare that she sells in-house. Prices are extremely doable, especially for high-tech treatments such as this. Original: absolutely had a lovely time, no problem at all with Baylee (Bailee? Bayleigh? I am forgetting how to spell her name), the person who helped me that day. However, I went in to get a lash lift and it just didnt take. I don't know if my lashes are too heavy or otherwise un-liftable for some reason, but when I got out of the session and checked the mirror they didnt look lifted, but I decided to go home and see if maybe it would take later?
