If I could rate them a zero I would. Had work done to our new vehicle and they managed to put deep scratches in both rear doors from leaning on them. The interior headliner was covered in grease and they took a brush to the hood. After complaining multiple times about the sloppy workmanship they half ass cleaned the interior and buffed the scratches. Paint is still damaged and easily seen. they swirled both sides of our vehicle and you can see it from 40ft away. I complained to the service manager Norman Mercier about the problems and he said he would do nothing for us. He expected us to use are own insurance to pay for the damages they did to our new vehicle. After them having our vehicle 11 days and going there 6 times they did not resolve the problem. They refused todo anything about the damages. Now we have to pay for paint correction out of our own pocket to try and fix what they did. I asked for camera footage and they did not have any to show us and kept saying that they didn't damage the vehicle. complained to the manager of the dealership and he refused to fix the damages and wouldn't even look at the vehicle so I could show him what his dealership did. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They do not take responsibility for their actions and put it on the customer. read more

Took my 2012 dodge caravan for its oil change. Great environment with the new renos. Offer beverages and popcorn etc. very fast and efficient. Helpful staff. My only complaint is they didn't put an oil change sticker on my window nor write down kms on receipt for next oil change like Derrick Dodge does for me in Edmonton. I went here because I live in spruce but the Edmonton location is good too. read more

Even though, I'm 100% sure you'll delete this.. like all your other bad reviews it's worth a shot. Hence why I created a Yelp account, because you've deleted all my google reviews. This company has got to have one of the worst set of employees, manners and customer service I've ever dealt with. My husband went to find a new truck, planning on trading his in. Salesman beats around the price, until finally after asking three times what the price is on the truck we go online and mention to him that we see that the price was high 60's and he replied, no that's not the price that's the cash price - so unless you're paying cash you'll never get that price... this was the first red flag. Finally he starts talking payments, and works out x amount of dollars over the next 94 months, which was going to end up coming out to $80,000+ for the truck, once we did some quick calculations we called him out for the price. He starts telling us that the interest rate will not always be the same, which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, since this would be a FIXED loan. We grabbed out keys, insurance and registration and left. He continued to text my husband saying we don't know what we're talking about and we shouldn't even be buying or shopping for a vehicle if we aren't prepared to purchase one. Not a great experience. We needed to buy a new mini van and found one online from Grove Dodge that looked like it would meet our needs. We went and test drove a couple of times. The salesperson was actually quite helpful. But when it came time to close the deal thing went sour. After some negotiation the sales manager and salesman both confirmed a certain "all in" price. But after going back to fill out the paperwork the salesman came back with an new "all in" price that was $1000 higher. After questioning this, it was revealed that I was going to need to pay a $500 administration fee (which I accepted), a $500 security window etching fee (whatever that is) and $160 for nitrogen in the tires. When I stated that I did not want to pay for these extras I was told that every Dodge dealership charges these and there was essentially nothing they could do. So of course I walked and went to another Dodge dealership where miraculously they didn't charge me any of those extras. We actually really wanted that van but couldn't get over the fact of what a clueless shister this particular sales manager was. Is it fair to judge this entire dealership on this one poorly handled transaction? Probably not. But that's just the nature of business. There's too many alternatives to have to put up with garbage like that. read more

Do not purchase a vehicle from Grove Dodge My husband and I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram from them 2 years ago with no complaints... This past Sunday (March.22) we we put down a $2000 deposit on a Jeep Wrangler ... For many reasons including the poor customer service we decided to back out of the deal. Now Grove Dodge is refusing to refund the deposit! This is how they treat returning customers! We are loyal dodge customers, and will continue to be But please take your money to a different dealership we have contacted Dodge Canada head office and filed a complaint, now in the process with AMVIC... We have done business with Grove Dodge in Spruce Grove for the past 4 years and there has never been a dealership as friends, efficient and cost effective as this dealership. So far we have traded up both myself and my wife's vehicles twice and have had nothing but positive results with everyone from the sales team, parts department, credit department all the way up to the Management. My experience at Grove Dodge was less than pleasant. In Oct 2017 I purchased a Dodge Ram Longhorn. I am not going to lie I was definitely vulnerable and as my husband of 34 years passed away suddenly, I found myself in a situation where I needed a new vehicle and being a woman I knew it was going to be a new experience. I went into the dealership and over a period of 2 days I test drove several different vehicles, trucks and SUVs. My biggest concern was safety. I choose to buy a Dodge Ram Longhorn, of course a woman, I did not know anything about negotiating. Well as it turns out and it is my own fault for sure, I ended up paying the sticker price of $75,000. The salesman did not help me out as much as think he could have. He said that was the bottom line on that truck after I did ask several times. I did end up paying it. Eight months later I am finding that I would not be able to get $45,000 for this truck. That means I have lost $30,000 on this truck in 9 months. Well, looks like I am stuck with it, because the salesman took advantage of a recently widowed woman with not a lot of experience in the process of buying a new vehicle. I would not recommend any widowed or single woman purchase a vehicle particularly from this dealership. In this case they knew of my situation, but the all mighty dollar seems to have taken their morals. I guess I will keep making the payments, but I thought I would at least share this. read more

I bought my brand new Jeep from Grove Dodge beginning of April 2018. I got an amazing deal with the promise of a 5000$ cashback. Before I signed all paperwork, I confirmed with the finance manager Adam that I was still getting my 5000$ cash back. When it was time to pick up the check, it was over 400$ short. The finance manager Adam said to me that they had to take from my $5000 cash back in order to get the deal I got. But this was never mentioned to me during our paperwork. I was very confused and upset. I did them a huge favour by purchasing the vehicle because if I didn't, they wouldn't of made quota. I had declined the vehicle 3 times and they kept putting the price down till I said yes. I never got an explanation as to why my cash back was short. I tried numerous of times to contact manager Dom and never got back to me. I feel ripped off and I can't stand dishonesty. I wanted what was promised to me, and an honest answer as to where the rest of my cash back that was promised went. They needed that sale that night, and that's all they cared about, not their customers. I do not recommend Grove Dodge to anyone. read more

Disappointed is the word I would use to describe my experience with this dealership. From my initial conversation with the sales team, to the business managers, and now with the service manager. I shopped around for over 1 year before I could find the vehicle I wanted. I bought a 2012 Ford Escape from this dealership. Mark helped me first. He seemed nice and helpful like all great sales people. Once I decided to buy I went and saw Marcello, the business manager. He began to give me higher than normal interest rates, which I told him I wasn't interested in. He assured me it was as low as he could go so I told him I would buy on a line of credit and come back with the money. Once I mentioned this, he was suddenly able to lower the interest rate to one I felt comfortable with. Before I signed any paperwork I specifically asked that the AC be looked at by a mechanic because this year of Escape's have been known to have AC failure (my father has the same one and warned me about it in order to avoid having the AC go). So they assured me it would be looked at. Once they let me know everything came back A OK, I began to look through the paperwork, only to find MANY hidden fees. I left the dealership as I was very frustrated. After 2 weeks, I still wanted the vehicle, swallowed by pride and went back and paid for the vehicle, including the fees. Less than one year later, after 1 summer's use of the AC, it has now broken. I brought the vehicle in for my oil change and asked that they take a look. The service rep told me it would be 160 dollars just to look at the issue. I was then passed on to a service manager, then to sales rep (who tried to get me to trade up), and then to the Sales Manager Dom. This manager assured me this was not their problem or their responsibility to assist me in diagnosing the vehicle and that I would be subject to paying the 160 dollar charge. I explained that the situation I am now in, is the EXACT one I tried to avoid. He shrugged it off and continued to let me know that it was not the dealerships problem or responsibility. I let him know that I would have no choice but to take it to the better business bureau for the owner to deal with, his response was that the owner would not be phased by this because, again, it was not the dealerships fault. Needless to say, I am saddened and deeply disappointed by the people I have dealt with here, and would not recommend my friends or family buy from here.
