BLS charged us less than we typically pay and had the work completed in less than an hour. Additionally, they cecked the system for leaks. The AC is cold and they injected a dye to help ID the leak in case it leaks in the future or over winter. There is a lot of compitition in the area, but we'd definitely use BLS first.

Every interaction we've had with an employee from Rochester Toyota has been wonderful. We walk away impressed each time. From purchasing the vehicle from Troy (great salesman!) to each time I've taken the car in for routine maintenance (having put ~40,000 miles on it in the past year - this has been quite often!), I have nothing but positive things to say. Their customer service is exceptional. My husband and I have repeatedly discussed how we received an extremely fair trade in for our car when purchasing the new vehicle. The process was transparent and easy. I did not feel cheated or scammed in any way, as some may with other dealerships. Troy has followed up with us multiple times to check on how things are going with our Toyota, which is appreciated and infrequent enough that it's not annoying. When I had some minor damage to my car after an unfortunate run in with a rock (to my windshield), Toyota went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They have truly transformed us into customers for life as long as we're in the Rochester area!
