I could write a book on the positive attributes of Zumbrota Ford. Since 2007, I have purchased no…read moreless than six vehicles - both new and one mint-condition pre-owned, from this dealership. I'm quite discerning when it comes to dealerships and their sales people: in that I expect them to know the products inside-and-out. Being a lifelong automotive enthusiast, I can say with confidence, that this dealership is the very first to impress me with their product knowledge, in both new and used categories. As far as accommodations are concerned, their pricing is incredibly competitive, and they are always willing to work with their customers in every way possible. Their financing options are the most creative and flexible I have ever seen (and I've purchased and leased MANY vehicles in my lifetime). They have an uncanny ability to produce repeat business, and I am a perfect example. They are your very typical, "small town, mom-and-pop" dealership, with faces and voices you will meet in person, including the absolute gentleman of an owner, Steve J. Let's also talk a little bit about their service: I purchased tires numerous times for my vehicles through their service department, and they beat the prices of every single online retailer I could find. I needed repair work performed on another vehicle and it was repaired perfectly and within the promised timeframe. As a side benefit, I have made a handful of personal friends with some of the staff at the dealership, which I consider incredibly valuable, and I hold very dear to me. If you are interested in a new or used vehicle, I sincerely recommend that you pay a visit to Zumbrota Ford. See Justin Annis. Tell him "Chip" (me) sent you. He is passionate, caring, helpful and friendly. You will NOT be disappointed. I hope this review was helpful to you!

Service and Sales A+...5 stars!…read more Folks were great up front; however, getting return calls re titling was a nightmare. Long holds, no return calls, blame-shifting. One call after another, nothing!!!

1 star because 0 is not an option. First, let me say that I…read moredid not purchase my Chev here ... they lowballed my trade, so I bought from a different dealer and got even more than I was asking for. (FWIW, my spouse had the exact same experience) My issue is with service. Gone there 3 times, only one - a basic oil change - was fine. The other two times I was turned away because - despite having a confirmed appointment including text and email reminders - I was told I didn't have an appointment. Apparently they know their online tool doesn't work but its still on their website. IMO, not my problem - I have an appointment with several text and email confirmations so they should honor it. Just today, I showed up for yet another 'phantom' appointment for an intermittent issue. Because I knew the vehicle may not demonstrate the issue in the service bay (it is an intermittent issue after all) I have been taking videos for WEEKS to demonstrate the issue, what it is, and prove that it is persistent. At first, the tech was just going to turn me away for my apparent lack of appointment ... but I refused. Again, not my problem that your scheduling tool is broken. So we went to my vehicle and, of course, could not replicate the issue. I explained I knew that would be the case so offered up my videos. Flat out refused - said there was nothing they could do, and videos were worthless. Not a "hmmm, let me see what our techs think" or even a "gee, sorry this is happening - we'll take it and see if we can try to troubleshoot it". He didn't even want to see the videos to better understand what I'm dealing with. (It's the lift gate, by the way ... it only works about 20% of the time on a '24 traverse) Now I get it - it's like going to the doctor and magically being well. But this issue persists, it will persist, and I cannot predict when it will happen. So it sounds like unless the stars align and I show up for a non-phantom appointment and the issue just happens to be observable at that precise moment in time, they will not do a thing. The blatant refusal to honor my appointment coupled with the "nothing I can do" mindeset - - - I'm done. I'll drive three cities over to where I bought the vehicle rather than deal with this crap again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
