It's a great place to go if you want to have a dealership get one over on you. Buying a used vehicle (even as little as 1-year-old) is highly unadvised. Unless you have the time and energy to go over every square inch of it with a fine-tooth comb you're going to pay too much and as you notice things later on you are going to be angry. Also you better ask in advance if they have both keys or you're going to end up paying a hefty price for a new key nowadays. Absolutely scammy. Don't fall for them trying to sell you every extended warranty that there is in the market either. And you're going to get that, and you're going to get that in a high pressure situation. No obviously doesn't mean no unless you say it 50 times. I bought from them and it will be a single mistake. Brought my Jeep in for warranty work and was told it would need to be driven for diagnoses. Completely understandable that they would need to drive it. I brought it in fully detailed with a full tank of gas and got it given back to me full of gravel dust both inside and out, greasy hand prints on the steering wheel, and with a quarter of a tank of gas in it. Absolutely unacceptable. Someone got to joy ride and trash my vehicle while diagnosing a problem and left me to clean up their mess. The service writer said "I can go over to the gas station with ya and throw in a couple of bucks of gas to make it right" and I said "No! It would require all the gas you used and a full detail to make it right" and his response was "That would require me to have a car wash here and we just don't have one." read more

ok here goes called last week to get my shocks replaced under warranty Talk to John the service writer he sounded like he was half dead. He told me he would call me back had to see how long to get the parts two and a half hours later no call. S i called back and ask for service manager got Mike he was at least more friendly told him to walk John out the door he was not doing him any favors. of corse he has to put the line and all the excuses I told him don't bother.. this is the second time I have tried this dealer ship first time I had a leaking heater hose under warranty they replaced it and it blew off going down the road back then it was different service manager he made it kind of right. Mike said he would go order parts I told him not to I will never go there again. I get the feeling that they flip people a lot the original service guy I dealt there with the hose is not there that I can tell. trust me they have no idea about customer service or how to fix things..will not be buying wife's Jeep there dont care what price they would have not going to even check read more
