During that time, they've done the work needed on my two vehicles. More importantly, they've NOT done the work that wasn't needed. Several times, I've had oil changes done elsewhere (Black's doesn't do cheap oil changes), and have been told that something needed attention (transmission flush, brake fluid exchange, new belts, etc. You get the picture, I'm sure.) Upon taking it to Black's, they've looked at the alleged problem and told me what really needed to be done, and mostly that was nothing that was needed. So, if I add up all the money they saved me, I expect it would add up to a nice dollar amount over those 10 years. In more than 10 years, I haven't had a gripe about the quality of the work these folks do.

Every interaction we've had with an employee from Rochester Toyota has been wonderful. We walk away impressed each time. From purchasing the vehicle from Troy (great salesman!) to each time I've taken the car in for routine maintenance (having put ~40,000 miles on it in the past year - this has been quite often!), I have nothing but positive things to say. Their customer service is exceptional. My husband and I have repeatedly discussed how we received an extremely fair trade in for our car when purchasing the new vehicle. The process was transparent and easy. I did not feel cheated or scammed in any way, as some may with other dealerships. Troy has followed up with us multiple times to check on how things are going with our Toyota, which is appreciated and infrequent enough that it's not annoying. When I had some minor damage to my car after an unfortunate run in with a rock (to my windshield), Toyota went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They have truly transformed us into customers for life as long as we're in the Rochester area!

The labor rates and part prices are very reasonable for European cars. No upselling ("I'd wait on the brakes" - even though I probably could have been talked into them).
