With that being said, I would probably peruse the menu before you arrive to save you some time. In addition to shakes, this cafe has coffee, teas, and energy bombs (colorful fruity energy drinks). You can get different types of add ins for your shake that include protein, immunity boosters, and fiber. They offer a loyalty punch card where after a certain amount of punches you get to spin the wheel for a free drink. The woman working during my visit was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. She explained much of what the shop had going on, being that it was my first visit and all. I got the Peach Cobbler shake. It took only a few minutes to prepare and it was ok. I did not taste any of the peach and it was heavy on the cinnamon. I wanted to like this place a little more, but I wish I enjoyed my shake more though. The concept is that their smoothies have protein and can a meal replacement. I am sure that if you don't have any issues with soy these are probably very tasty. However, they didn't have any alternatives for those who can't have soy which I found unfortunate. I decided to try an energy drink which has the base of black tea with additives. Mine was a lavender pomegranate which sounded nice and had a fun purpose color but with one sip I realized the lavender and pomegranate were a dried mix they had added to the tea. If you don't do fresh juices then it might not be very noticeable, but unfortunately as someone with lots of allergies I couldn't drink any more for fear of a reaction. Several customers said they come daily and love the drinks, and for sure it is better for you than some other options for energy. I was planning for my Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. I don't own a microwave; for Thanksgiving, I forgot to thaw an entree so I had to wait to heat on the stove. At first, I thought there was a little turkey meat on the rib, but when I ate from the other side, I was more delighted. The sweet potato had yummy nutmeg; I could not taste the healthy bit of ginger, which I don't like. The quesadilla was cut into 7 pieces so enough for 2 meals. My customized quesadilla was spicy and delicious. Also, I bought 2 organic meal preps - 1) grass-fed beef lasagna made of rice noodle and no ricotta cheese with a little tomato and 2) another turkey rib entree. I have gotten to know Erica, who is very talented in that she was a veteran, studied in the nursing field, and worked in the gym industry. All to often, someone in the medical field is not trained in the nutrition field. It is great that Erica has integrity to source quality food even when the cost of organic food is increasing. I would definitely return for a third visit! The cost may be a little more than at other restaurants but not too costly for healthy options. He was about to give them to me when another barista stopped him and said that the ones he was handing me were their last sheet. I was a bit confused, since the coupons were clearly displayed in the drive-thru window, and I wondered if more could simply be printed. When I asked, I was told they hadn't received additional sheets yet, so they couldn't give out the last ones.
