I toured the shop, saw the high end cars that he was working on, he showed me his paint analyzer, talked with pride about the years of experience his painter had....and it was obvious that he appreciated my truck, my desires and my expectations. My appointment date was made and kept and several days in, Dustin sent me photos of the progress. He did not have to do that, but it says a lot about his interest in keeping a schedule and keeping the customer happy and informed. He also painted back ground areas (behind the grill) that were not part of the repair.... because he said it was the right thing to do. The final outcome was like new ...he and his painter color matched a 25 year old paint job. As hard as I tried, looking from different angles and in different light conditions, I cannot see the line between new and old. Last, he was able to save a few $. ...and unlike most that exceed the estimate and ask for more money, he refunded me the difference.
