Service was outstanding on a very busy Tuesday night. If you like thin crunchy crust pizza this is a good spot. No beers or wine.

Food is pretty good. Service is friendly. Prime pizza choice in Arab. Good location. Nice local spot.

My wife and I absolutely love the Chicken Salad Sandwich and Chips meal here! They have our favorite chicken salad by far. Their lasagna and garlic cheese bread is also delicious . Our son likes the chicken fettuccine alfredo as well. The service has always been great and we have not had any issues. The restaurant is laid out nicely for the size to enjoy casual dining. We have had friends try the pizza and say that is very good as well. I have not tried it personally. read more

First time trying Grumpy's Pizza. Ordered the vegetarian pizza over the phone for pickup. It was just coming out when I got there. Went over to Siedr Brewery to meet with friends and by the time we got to the pizza it had cooled off. The pizza was overall good. The crust was thin (not expected). The only real issue was the green olives were really salty. We would try them again. read more

Grumpy's is the go to spot in Arab for their chicken salad and chef's salad. You better have a hungry crew if you order the large chef salad, because as a side it easily feeds 5-6 people. Please keep up the good food and we will keep coming back. read more

My husband and I were traveling to Alabama for a wedding and stayed in Arab. I gave this restaurant a five star because their food is absolutely delicious. The waiters and waitresses are so sweet people plus it's a fast service even though the place was packed. The food was hot and it was so Delicious. We haven't had good Italian food in a long time. Jacksonville is full of places but they always taste the same. Plus the prices are fairly cheap. read more

This place is for women only lol. My son got a chicken breast And have you ever sliced a chicken breast in half and then did it again so that it looked large but very thin? Well it was good but about 2oz. I would say a great place to get a Bologna sandwich and a bag of chips only, you would probably get more food that way then the overpriced amount they give you. read more

This was ok,I only saw 3 waitresses,bay they we're all incredibly sweet. My wife is from Arab, so we have to eat here at least once when visiting my mother-in-law. I've always like this place, but didn't understand her obsession with it. However, this last time we ordered take-out it was not the same as the past. They have definitely gone downhill. We usually order chicken salad sandwiches, but this time they had no flavor and the bread is usually toasted and it wasn't even close this time. We were soo disappointed that I don't think we'll be going there next time we're in town. Stop resting on your laurels and get back to being polite and putting out good food. read more

I heard this place was good, However the long wait of 20 minutes to order our food and rude service from our waitress that would walk by us and look at us and would never take are order... we got Togo cups and left. also over at the other table of 8 or so they asked for folks and she told them they ran out and had to wash them which there was no on in there for that problem to happened I'd fire the whole staff asap I will never return I own a local businesses in Arab and its a shame too see such sorry workers so can't say much about the owners who hired this sorry group of people I'll never take the time to try it.again..by the way...ur lucky u got a one star from me but I had to select at least one to post my review....too bad they don't have stars in the negative. A little slow, but great staff and wonderful food. Try the pizza or the chicken salad unless you get the daily lunch special. The special if different each day and comes with a salad and drink. You can't eat at McDonald's as cheaply as the daily special at Grumpy's! And it's so much better than a Big Mac! read more

Ordered two Grumpy Pies and was overcharged by $10. Tried to tell the cashier that she had made a mistake but she just got an attitude. Went home and called back to talk to another person and they confirmed I was overcharged and told me to come back and get my money. I then had to go back to get my hard earned money. I went here 1 time a few years ago before they moved. Horrible service and dirty place so I never went back. I have been listening to people the last week tell me how much better they are since they moved. I decided to try them again. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a chicken salad sandwich. We really like Grumpy's! The food is great and our servers are always very friendly! Try the Italian Sausage and kale soup....it is delicious and the bowl is so big that I always have leftovers to take home! We also love the Chicken salad pasta; a big scoop of it on top of noodles! Local lunch spot. Typical sandwiches, a few salads, pasta dishes, and pizza. I tried the pizza. The flavor was very good but I like a good crust on a pizza and this is more like a tortilla with pizza toppings. Disappointed in that. Maybe they could disclose this on the menu. Plenty of people here for the lunch hour so perhaps everything else on the menu is better. Salad lettuce is head lettuce if that makes a difference to you.
