Well when you are in an emergency, we were just thankful someone would take us. Well, it had a quick fix with a zip tie as they would need to order the part and it would take a few days to get it in. I called ahead, and the team confirmed the vehicle was available. They allowed me to place a deposit over the phone, answered all of my questions, sent me additional photos, and even worked out a reasonable price before I made the drive. Since we were coming from far away, the sales team had everything ready when we arrived. The car was prepared for a test drive, and most of the paperwork was already set up. Best of all, the price was exactly what we had agreed on over the phone. No games, no surprises, and no hidden fees. The finance manager was a little persistent about the extended warranty, but that's pretty normal at most dealerships. As a car enthusiast, extended warranties just aren't my thing, and they respected my decision. While we were completing the paperwork, someone hand washed and cleaned the car for us. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, helped download and set up the app, connected everything to the car, and made sure all the features were working properly before we left. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. We were in and out with a brand-new car in about two hours, which is impressive considering most dealership visits seem to take half a day. My only suggestion: offer some complimentary coffee, tea, or snacks! Most dealerships in the Bay Area have a waiting area stocked with drinks and snacks.
