When my refrigerator was leaking water this time (6 years later) I found my previous receipt of service and called AT Appliance again. They were very responsive and scheduled me for next day service. Tim called me before his arrival and was able to repair the leak and also returned today to replace the water dispenser part that I requested. Looking at my previous receipt from 2020 it turned out Tim was the same technician that helped me back in 2020. I was pleased to realize this and also to experience the same quality work that was done back then. Tim really went above and beyond to deliver reliable quality service. His work is honest with transparency, clean and organized. He replaced the maker and it made ice within 2 hours so either ARP installed a defective maker or the repairman installed it wrong. I called three times to discuss this with the business. It's been two weeks and no one ever called me back. I paid almost $600 for nothing. They do not stand behind their work. My relatives and I will never use them again. Very disappointing!

I had an issue with my LG front load washer that was giving me an error code. I initially read the…read moreerror code as "UE" for unbalanced. I tried everything to re-balance the machine with no luck. I called Best Price Appliance to have a technician come out next day, as I was dreading a trip to the laundromat. Shortly before the technician was scheduled to come out, I re-ran an empty load so that the technician could see what was going on. That is when I noticed it was actually an "OE" error code for a drainage issue (not "UE"). The technician Elisei contacted me 45 minutes prior to the appt to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue which was a clogged filter (and an easy fix). The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me some tips/tricks for maintaining the washing machine and even un-crunched my dryer vent hose. I would recommend this company to others and would use them again in the future.
