This is the appliance repair guy to use. No question about it. I have a pretty good understanding of appliances after renovating multiple houses so I can usually tell the difference between the service guys who know what they are doing and those that don't. Edward clearly has a great deal of experience and knowledge. He gives excellent advice and does not recommend repairs that he knows will not be cost-effective, even though he gives you the option with a full breakdown of the price and the risks. That's a level of honesty that is often missing in this trade. Edward himself is a really nice guy. I called him around 7.30am in the morning, my call was answered promptly, and, as promised, he was at my house within a couple of hours (for a non-emergency issue). He wore a mask as I requested. Superb customer service. If you're looking for an honest handy man, this is your guy. I've called him out to fix my kitchen appliances 3 times now and on the third he gave me honest advice on what to do with my appliance. He said, I could charge you and fix it for you, but you'll be paying about the same amount as a new one would cost because the work will be complicated. He gave me solid advice on which appliances were good versus which ones were not. On the 4th time I was about to call him but I texted him and he gave me some good advice to fix it quickly myself and that saved me a few bucks.
