The White River Car Wash is the consummate dispenser of deception. $18.00 for a basic, (make believe) high pressure water car wash, which is useless. Many components of the car wash equipment do not work. The self-service car washes are archaic, like the useless old man who pretends to manage this place, the dials on the control head don't work, the White River Car Wash charges $6.00 for a 4 minute car wash, 2 of the 4 minutes are wasted, waiting for the hoses to prime (larceny!), and the water is so hard, that it will leave your car with grossly visible water stains. The first self-service car wash bay does not work, there is no sign that it is out of service, nor a cone, blocking the car wash bay; it looks like this bay has been out of service for a long time. 3 out of 4 vending machines in the vending machine room are marked Out of Service. In my opinion, the owner of the White River Car Wash, has an unwavering level of dedication to taking money from his/her customers, and not delivering the advertised product or service. I am told that The Station Car Wash, practically, next door to the White River Car Wash, is within a few weeks of opening. Unfortunately, the Upper Valley is robust in awful car washes, and very expensive car washes. Best you wait for rain to clean your car, and hope that The Station Car Wash will deliver a good product (at a reasonable price (unlike Lady Rich Express Car Wash in West Lebanon, NH), when it opens.

The hand drying is always a nice touch and while they always show great appreciation for tips, they never make it feel like it's mandatory. The fact that they have someone manning in the front and spraying some of the dirt off before cars go through is good because it prevents big pieces from getting dragged on the paint and keeps the car wash strips clean so that less dirt from the car infront of you doesn't damage your car's paint. All I can say is WOW there wasn't a spec of rust anywhere on the undercarage to be found ,beleive me I looked. I could not friggin believe how clean that undercarage looked. I don't impress easily but I was floored how good it looked under there . My only regret was not taking a picture to show everyone on yelp. Ct is brutal with the deiceing mixture they put on the roads in the winter.and it will rust out your vehicle in no time. Ok so it was another $150 bucks but SOOOO WORTH IT. I tend to keep my vehicles a long time /or until they rust out ,but it looks like I'll be keeping the Tundra forever if I keep on getting it Krowned a Gillys. We were short on time, so we called Gilly's, the closest auto repair shop according to Google, to see if they might be able to take us in right then so we could try to make it to our show in time. Though he had cars on his lifts and it was bad timing, he told us he could at least put the car up on a jack and take a peek. We drove (very slowly) the few miles there, and when we arrived he had started taking one of the cars off the lift so he could put our car on. He quickly assessed the problem, came up with a solution that would get us safely to Boston and back, and got us back on the road for $32! Not only that, but about a half hour after we left, when they were supposed to already be closed, the woman at the front desk called us back to make sure the car wasn't making any more noises and that we were safe! We made it to Boston in time for the show and highly recommend Gilly's to anyone. We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon such an honest business run by kind people in our hour of need!

After a quick and easy volley of emails and one or two telephone calls I made an appointment to meet With Alexis. It's great when you get what you want for a price that you believe is reasonable. There were no gimmicks or hidden surprises. Alexis made it easy. So, thank you Alexis and thank you White River Toyota. I got a great vehicle for a great price and the time between my initial visit and when I drove the vehicle off the lot was minimal. I basically purchased my vehicle on a hand-held device!

They broke my door on my driver side when that wasn't even in the same area as the thing they were fixing. Instead of admitting wrong, or even trying to upsell a new blower motor they just put it back together broken and gave it to me. I've noticed a lot of people in reviews saying their service department sucks, that's a major understatement. Unsure what's going on with this service department but I'm taking my fleet of 10 Toyotas elsewhere to get worked on. Will not be returning. The staff here is remarkably accommodating; they handled my specific requests for tire/wheel placement without hesitation. While waiting, I actually enjoyed sitting outside in the sun rather than a cramped waiting room, and ended up having a great conversation with the team about local overlanding and trails. Most importantly, their inspection sheet clearly indicated that they verified and torqued every lug nut to spec. As someone who usually feels the need to re-check torque after visiting a shop, this was the first time I felt total peace of mind heading home. If you prefer "fancy" workers in suits and overpriced "free" coffee from a dingy old coffee pod machine while getting charged dealership premiums, go elsewhere. But if you want quality work done by down-to-earth people who treat you like a human rather than a target for upselling, give this place a go. 10/10 experience.

Recently, I had a large screw embedded into my tire while driving and they got me in right away, patched it, and made sure I was safe for my upcoming trip.
