    Quick service and cheap! I had a flat tire and wheel bent. They charged me 10 dlls to fix and were done in 5 mins.

We negotiated the consignment contract. If you have a unique car or a reserve price, don't hesitate to brainstorm terms with Daniel. He's creative and a real capitalist entrepreneur! Office facilities are professional. Cars are kept in the office building parking garage. His team marketed and sold my LS500 in about 20 days. Marketing included extensive photos taken at the office building. Every car will take a different amount of time. The LS500 is a huge and interesting sedan that doesn't appeal to everyone, If you have a hyper-popular car, expect Daniel's team to sell it much, much faster. Receipt of funds was easy- Daniel provided a check to me once the buyer's funds had cleared Signature's account. Note if you "debadged" (aka removed emblems)- Signature will charge you for the replacement of the badging. Minor issue but it's good to know in advance,

I had traded in a perfect condition Audi Q5 to a car that now after 60 days I'm getting quoted over 4-6 thousand in repairs. And after getting quoted for how much dealers are willing to pay for the car I'm down over 20k on what I bought the car for from him. Please bring a mechanic or someone to inspect the car he is selling you. Out of many used cars I have owned I have never felt this cheated out of money.

My service advisor Rafael Montalvo was on point with everything I needed done to the vehicle. The Technician that was putting in the covers on my seat and mat on the floor Kevin greeted me. As both Rafael and Kevin absolutely went on and beyond for me. I asked the technician a few questions before he took my car to get work on he answered my questions but also he assured me that he will take care of my car like his own and I really like that response. Overall I am satisfied with my service, and I highly recommend my fellow friends, workers and family in the Austin area to come here. I didn't buy my car here.)…read more When you worry about a car mechanic trying to exploit you, this place is exactly the sort of place you're worried about. Their business model is to look for all the easiest maintenance tasks they can extract money for doing, make no attempt to solve the real problem, and then call you and make the minor maintenance tasks seem more important than they are. If your problem happens to be really simple, you can sometimes get your car fixed here, but that's lucky for you if so and you're going to be paying a huge amount whether they fix your car or not. My car wouldn't start and I had it towed here because it was the most obvious place I could think of to get service. This was a mistake. They did not fix the problem at all -- seemingly there is a problem that drains the battery and they just changed the battery without fixing that, which the AAA guy observed after 3 minutes of checking -- and I paid $2,200 in repairs just for my car to have the same exact problem 2 weeks later. Don't be foolish like me. There are plenty of honest mechanics in Austin. Don't go here.

They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! You can call back to back the entire day and they will let it ring, pick up and hang up, send you to VM, and then call you back but hang up when you answer. I give NEGATIVE 100 stars. They're rude, inconsiderate, scam artist. What I found out recently was they have insurance on each vehicle and if the vehicle is picked up and not recovered by the customer for whatever reason..they're insurance will pay out the remaining balance that the customer owes on the loan..therefore the sooner they get it back the more money they get at the end of the day. Rip off!! The little plumpy dumpy at the front desk is the worst...she rolls her eyes and acts like shes so bothered. Whoever the owner of this place is should be ashamed for letting this business be ran like so. P.S I still have my vehicle from these people so no im not a bitter customer bc you took my car back..your team is the worst!!

I looked for months for a new (used)…read morevehicle, purchased many carfax reports, researched and test drove, spoke with many sales individuals, and sacrificed many hours to the negotiation waiting games with the sales managers. During one of my daily searches on Auto Trader a new listing popped up for Mark Weinstein Motors. It was a "unicorn" vehicle - rare in existence - an older model, incredibly low mileage, in fantastic shape (barely driven) and the listed price was in the KBB green price range (either good or great price for the vehicle's value). I reached out to Mark, who was quick to answer any and all my questions. I was in Houston and I couldn't make the trip to Austin to see the vehicle until the weekend, but he graciously agreed to hold the vehicle for me without any downpayment once I had set an appointment for a third party inspection. Despite receiving other inquiries about the vehicle, he held it for me for almost a week and even stayed a little late on Friday for my husband's and my arrival into town. The test drive and purchase process were smooth and straightforward. Mark explained everything thoroughly and even went the extra step of fixing the temporary paper license plate on top of an old metal plate to make it more secure. It's another example of Mark's great customer service. Like his great communication from start to finish - phone calls and text messages were always answered promptly. He is good-natured and honest, which is hard to find in the car shopping business. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
