They responded promptly, scheduling a technician to investigate. The communication was excellent throughout. I received text reminders when the service was scheduled, including the name of the service technician, and an update when the technician was en route to the property. After completing the job, the technician called me to explain his findings: the connection to the heat pump was proper, and the non-color-coded wires were due to existing wiring being used, as the new heat pump required a higher amp capacity. The technician also replaced the extremely dirty air filter. Impressively, Elim handled this issue at no cost, even though the HVAC unit was replaced two years ago. A big thank you to the owner, staff, and technician for exceptional service - they truly deserve recognition! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them because they are professional, kind, and genuinely care about their customers.

They replaced our entire 1960s house ventilation with brand new functional ducting and made sure every room got the right flow. They found us the best value heat pump for our dollar and tuned it just right to save energy and do the job well. They even helped us make sure it runs as quietly in the house as we can make it, which is like a whisper most of the time (unless we need to change the filter...If we can hear it at all, that's how we know it's a bit dirty and ready to change!)
