I cannot lie this hurts to say because the food was excellent and service was alright but I'm a big believer in everything should be clean from top to bottom. I went to their bathroom and was so disappointed in the cleanliness. And it makes me question the cleanliness of everywhere else. The food was absolutely beautiful one of the best spins on Caribbean food in London however that bathroom genuinely left me concerned.

The food we enjoyed today was remarkable. We ordered one of almost everything on the menu and a few favorites of mine were the grilled mushroom cap, sweet plantains, and the grilled cabbage. I orders a squeezed juice that separated while it sit --which was a lovely demonstration of the freshness. Every dish was made fresh. Come eat here, order anything off the menu-you can't go wrong.

For me Guanabana is a perfect place to chill out in Camden. I have a thing for antique furniture being used in restaurants, so you'll see a few on display. They have a nice and cosey outdoor heating area which you can book for private events. On the menu they serve a variety of Caribbean and Latin food (halal), so you are spoiled for choice. They organise special events, so do check their website. Staff were absolutely friendly! Thank you Guanabana, I will visit again soon.

I came here here this week to celebrate Thanksgiving with some American pals. It was my friends third time there that week and she was raving on about it so I was really looking forward to sampling the food. The interior is filled with candle light, exposed brickwork, chesterfield sofas, wooden tables, french doors which open up to a lovely bamboo garden. The waiters are very friendly, helpful and good looking. I ordered the Sea Bass with feta cheese mash which was out of this world, the Sea Bass was cooked to perfection. Two of my friends are vegetarians so one had the Chick Pea and Green Mango stew which was amazing and the other had the the avocado salad which looked delicious as well. It's BYO (Bring your own wine) which cuts down on costs. I will be back very soon.

Jerk chicken was so juicy and perfectly spices.

I came here on Monday evening with my husband and there was not a soul in the restaurant not even a waiter to greet. That worried me. Eventually a very friendly Ethiopian waiter found us and sat us down. We ordered nachos for starters, and to my surprise they were really really good. With three toppings, sour cream, guacamole and a tomato salsa. Our mojitos ( a traditional lime and one with mango) were so refreshing and on point. Our jerk chicken were so juicy and flavorful. Their fries were fresh with the skin on just the way I like them. Basically everything we are was delicious!

The basement has a bar, lounge and restaurant. It was a little noisy. But we could still talk. The roasted scallops were cooked perfectly. The green sauce was tasty. I love the presentation. The Bill Marrow was also good. It was very rich. There were two kinds of Sunday roast a sirloin and a rump. Three of us had the rump roast dinner and three had the sirloin roast dinner. It was hard to tell the difference. All the dinners came with roasted potatoes greens and of course, Yorkshire pudding. It was all delicious. I have to say my favorite part is always the Yorkshire pudding. I also have a green salad, which is basically just lettuce with a light dressing. It was very fresh. We were too full for dessert. The service was excellent. We were seated right away and given water. In the UK, you can order sparkling, still or tap. Sparkling and still come with a charge. Tap is usually free. Our server was attentive without hovering. It's a good idea to make reservations at Hawksmoor especially for the Sunday roast. We got there at three by the time we left around 4:30 some of the roasts were already sold out. Just a note: Sunday roost is usually a late lunch not a dinner. It's good to go between two and four especially if you don't have a reservation.

A really great way to try their variety of meats. First, the portion was absolutely huge - I definitely appreciated how much vegetables there were, the roasted brussels and carrots were delicious. Sides were all good - including the roasted potatoes and yorkshire pudding. The star was the meat of course, my favorite ended up being the lamb which was super tender and flavorful. Loved the crispy pork rind that comes with the pork roast slices and the gravy and sauces on the side really rounded out the meal, added a ton of flavor and made it fun to try the different sauces with the variety of meats. Service was great and everything came out really quickly! Definitely would recommend Blacklock to try the famous Sunday roast in London, you can't go wrong here!

Having visited several of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants before--including Bread Street Kitchen,…read moreGordon Ramsay Burger, and Hell's Kitchen--I came into Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill in Mayfair with fairly high expectations. Thankfully, it lived up to them. One thing that immediately stood out was how intimate the restaurant is. It's probably one of the smallest Gordon Ramsay venues I've visited, which gives it a cozy atmosphere but also makes for a different experience compared to some of his larger restaurants. The service was memorable, although not in the way I expected. When we sat down, I already knew the Beef Wellington was the signature dish and was prepared for the advertised 45-minute wait, but I wasn't quite sure what else to order. Our waiter enthusiastically declared, "I've got this," started saluting us, and proceeded to recommend--and seemingly order--the Beef Wellington, T-bone steak, and steak tartare before fully confirming what we wanted. We had to flag him back down and explain that we probably didn't need an all-meat feast. After some adjustments, we swapped the T-bone and steak tartare for gnocchi, Caesar salad, and green beans. In the end, those changes turned out to be the right call. The Beef Wellington was everything it should be--perfectly cooked, rich, and worth the wait. The green beans with pine nuts were unexpectedly one of the highlights of the meal, packed with flavor and executed beautifully. The gnocchi was also excellent, with a great texture and comforting richness. By the end of the meal, everyone at our table agreed that this was the best meal we had during our time in London. That's saying a lot considering the city's incredible dining scene. My only real complaint is the restroom situation. The bathroom is tucked behind what feels like a hidden doorway, and there are very few signs directing you there. Overall, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill delivered exactly what I was hoping for: outstanding food, memorable service, and a meal that stood out among everything else we ate in London. If you're debating whether the Beef Wellington is worth ordering, the answer is absolutely yes.

The Beef Wellington was incredibly underwhelming. The pastry was soggy and lacked flavor, the beef wasn't memorable, and the mashed potatoes tasted like cardboard. For the premium price, I expected a meal worthy of Gordon Ramsay's name, but instead it was a complete disappointment. This is now the second Gordon Ramsay restaurant that has let me down, and unfortunately it's enough for me. I can't justify spending this kind of money for food of this quality, and I won't be dining at another Gordon Ramsay restaurant in the future.

Three courses for £35, I started with the chicken liver pâté, rich and silky enough to make you close your eyes and savor it. The slow-roast West Country beef. We were seated right in front of the fire pit, which added a rustic, cozy touch to the whole experience. Our food and drinks arrived promptly. We got the 40oz Tomahawk Steak and split it between 3 adults. Ordered the steak medium rare, and it came out a bit closer to rare but that's OK. The peppercorn sauce was delicious. Steak came with 2 potato sides so we had roasted potatoes and fries. I've been traveling in Europe for 2 weeks and these were easily the best fries I've had the entire trip. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and well seasoned. They do not offer real/straight horse radish. Only a creamy horse sauce. We had a delicious Bordeux red with the steak and it was a perfect pair. They do have a kids menu, which had some decent options... Squid and chips, burger, Mac and cheese, steak frites. The grilled Tuna Steak almost overshadowed the Tomahawk. We ordered it pink inside, and they delivered. It was perfectly seasoned and served with a garnish of grilled avocado with a tomato salsa. An incredible piece of fish! The building used to be a porn cinema so some of the artwork reflects that time. I'd describe it as tasteful decor, despite the subject matter. I felt like my Negroni cocktail was watered down. Don't miss Sofie's. So good!
