Look like a fault business , we came, but there is no restaurant here. Waste of our time and false phone number.

Excellent food! Love the special sauce that it comes with. I usually get the chicken/shrimp combo.

Ordered the New York steak combo and the meat was cooked medium rare to perfection. Also, that garlic butter sauce is a must have! So fire!!

Is the steak as fatty as it looks in photos? I mean, YIKES!

Where is the place exactly is inside the store?

We are a ghost kitchen and located inside of a lounge. we only do to go. Once you have order we will bring the food to your car thank you.

I rarely give bad reviews -- sometimes if I'm disappointed, I simply choose not to say anything at all. But after coming here for nearly three decades, I felt compelled to be honest about my experience. I also want to say that the wait staff has remained one of the best parts of this restaurant over the years. Many of the same familiar faces are still there, and they've always been lovely, attentive, and a pleasure. The atmosphere and service are still warm and welcoming, which makes this even more disappointing. I'm not sure what the new owner has in mind, but keeping loyal, long-time customers should be a top priority. I came in expecting the same quality and portions I've enjoyed for years and was highly disappointed when my crispy rice arrived at literally half the size it used to be, yet priced exactly the same. Honestly, I would rather see prices go up a dollar or two because of rising food costs than feel like I'm being served half the food for the same money. That's just not good business. To be fair, after I spoke with the manager, he did try to make it right, and I appreciated that. But the bigger question is, what happens the next time I come in? Will it be the same disappointment again? Or will there simply not be a next time? Loyal customers have supported this restaurant through its ups and downs over the years. In today's economy, people are being very selective about where they spend their money. The question is, do you want customers spending it here, or eventually choosing to go somewhere else where the quality, portions, and value have not declined so drastically?

Tonight was a very awkward and not fun experience. We arrived to our reservation and were seated almost immediately. Then the slowness began. Everything took forever. We even asked the waitress walking by if they had forgotten our table. We were a table of 7. The table next to us was seated with a party of 2 soon after we were seated. The table with 2 people had drinks and appetizers before we even ordered them. Their chef came and they had food cooked and eaten way before our chef started. Remember our table was seated and just sitting around doing nothing this whole time. We were at the table for a total of 2 1/2 hours !! The longest time of my life. Then when the chef started cooking he cooked everything out of Order. Usually fried rice is first. Then veggies then meat. He did meat, veggies then rice. What?? The veggies have changed and are not as good as before , mushrooms are thin slices instead of chunks. The prices are high and do not match the quality of the food or experience at all. As I left, I thought I would not be sad if I never came here again. I probably won't. Prices are too high for what the food and experience and hospitality were. Filet mignon $53 plus $8 for chicken fried rice, Tofu $35 plus $7 for veggie fried rice. With soup, salad a little bit of zucchini, mushrooms and onions. I understand the economy is bad and everything is expensive. But this is not the way to keep customers or make them Want to come back. I would have gladly paid more for a friendly staff and a good experience but that is not what we got tonight.

A friend of mine, Laura and her husband Ternaded lived closeby. Arcadia, to be exact. We met up there and got a very nice welcome from the host by the name of Leilani. She took us to the grill where they make Teppanyaki food. It's very similar to Benihana style. We were seated with another wonderful family and enjoyed our time together. Got to know each other and had a nice conversation. I ordered their Cut Spicy Tuna Roll, (15.25), Tokyo Imperial (52.50), which came with Miso Soup, Salad with their yummy ginger dressing, Shrimp, healthy sautéed vegetables and Filet Mignon. Asked for medium-rare, and Chicken Fried Rice (5.00), I don't know why they charge for the rice? I also got one of my favorite cocktails..Piña Colada (11.00). William was our server along with Linda. They were both kind and sweet. Our chef Luis made all of us a PERFECT MEAL! He was a bit quiet, but did a FANTASTIC JOB! Place was kind of empty for a Saturday night. The reason for that is that they close at 9pm. They also have a lunch menu. Since we got there at 8pm, we were being a bit rushed. Not their fault, rules are rules and we need to follow them. Everything tasted above and beyond everybody's expectations! Fresh and delicious. Thank you Tokyo Wako and staff. Will definitely return when I am in the area!!!!!
