The Chorizo was the most flavorful, really great as they put a bit of a char on the meat to get that extra flavor. Very tender and moist as well. The Asada was tender, juicy and flavorful, would get again as well. We found the Al Pastor very tender and juicy, would have liked more flavor but the fact they have Creamy Jalapeno sauce at the table fixed it all no problem. I could drink that stuff. The green sauce is my go to but if you prefer a kick opt for red. The pineapple juice is a nice add on but you can definitely skip this if you are on a cut.
