This place feels legit in the best way: A friendly staff, a little chaotic energy, open late, slight line that moves fast. The kind of place where you can grab one of the tables inside, inhale your food in the car like a raccoon, or take it home and pretend you made it.Options. The menu is simple. I went with the al pastor, and it was excellent. The pork had that perfect balance -- juicy with crispy edges, seasoned beautifully, and just enough sweet pineapple to make it sing. The salsa is actually hot. They packed that burrito with more meat than a gym bro's meal prep Sunday. I genuinely paused mid-bite out of respect. Price felt totally reasonable for the portion and quality. If you're cruising by on the freeway or in the neighborhood and want well seasoned, authentic tacos, this is absolutely worth the stop. Quality is standard. Also ordered carne asada fries, requested no beans. Was given beans anyways. Very little meat, lots of onions and beans. Fries are limp and mushy. After a long flight from Philadelphia, Tacos El Juanito hit the spot with their street tacos and birria tacos. Packed with meat and very flavorful. They have a good salsa and topping bar as well. Service was friendly. Everything was good until I realized I left my wallet at the restaurant the next morning. I had a lot of cash which I don't normally carry. Luckily they had it but the money was gone of course. Not mad because everything else was there. Maybe the person who took the money needed it more than I did. Some of the best tacos I've had in a long time. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor, especially the carne asada and al pastor. Customer service is horrible. Went there today Friday 7-10-26 at around 2pm. Place was empty except for about 3 employees eating in the customer area. No one in line except me. I stood in front of the counter for almost 12 minutes and no one ever came to take my order or even looked at me, and there were at least 5 people behind the counter, including the cashier, the taco maker and people cleaning. Not one ever attempted to take my order. I walked out and as I was walking I said in a loud voice that it seems this restaurant doesn't need business because there was not one person willing to take my order. Employees just looked at me snd one sitting down eating said, well you have to stand in front of the counter and order. I said I was there for almost 15 minutes. I then walked out and went and gave my business to casa Cortez down the street. Great customer service there and great food. Never again will I set foot in Juanito's tacos again. read more

Arguably some of the best birria tacos I've had since moving to the area. Portions are massive and price is fair. Don't make the mistake like me of ordering 3 birria tacos since they're almost mini quesadilla sized! The best nachos for sure hands down. Everything is so fresh and the meat is super tender. I had plenty of places that provide meat that's rubbery, but it's not the case here. The service is very welcoming and it's clean. What's more what you want? I can also say that the green salsa hits! I wish they had carrots instead of radishes, but ira not the end of the world. LOVE that this place is open 24 hours! I had to pick my husband up from a late flight, and it was perfect to find a spot open late and actually good! This is a no-frills kind of place. Don't expect small talk from the staff, but they're efficient and get right to the point, which works for me. They have a salsa and fixings bar, and their salsa is well-balanced with a hint of heat. We only tried the tacos with the carnitas and tripas tacos. The carnitas were spot on. They were seasoned well, succulent, and with just the right amount of crisp. The tripa was a little shy of being fried into oblivion, and kind of reminded me of chicharrones de harina. They were certainly crispy but a bit lacking in that distinctive intestine flavor. Still tasty, just different from what I expected. We'll definitely have to come back to try some burritos. read more

Birria fries were TERRIBLE and very disappointing. I thought I was going to love this so much after seeing the photos, but I definitely would NOT order this again. The beans have no flavor and ruin the entire dish. Even with the onions and sauces, the entire plate has NO flavor at all. Fries were extremely undercooked (almost raw) and cold. Not enough sauces to balance out the beans and meat, just super dry and chalky texture throughout. I don't even think there was ANY cheese on it at all either, I didn't see or taste any cheese at least. Overall completely flavorless; you can only taste the overpowering bland beans and nearly raw fries. Truly shocked at how terrible this was and not sure how a dish with so many (supposed to be) flavorful ingredients could have absolutely zero flavor entirely. I took 2-3 bites and threw it in the trash. Unfortunate, disappointing, and waste of money. read more

Quick efficient service. Staff has an amazing memory as i come in frequently ordering for family or work crew and they rarely have me repeat my order. Food is always delicious and consistent in flavor. And ambiance is chill, light, and table area always clean.
