Me and my wife have been meaning to try Tom's for a while now and just the other day we had the chance to do so, it did not disappoint. I've been seeing their special "Love Combo" all over socials, so I dragged my brother to try it with me lol! It was perfect timing since I was visiting the area. Parking: Plenty of spots! Their drive thru was poppin, and there were customers consistently coming in. Service: I didn't catch anyone's names, but they were quick & efficient. Throughput didn't take long after ordering. Food & drinks: The "Love Combo" included 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. It came with 2 regular hamburgers, but we added on cheese. The burgers were simple yet delicious! It also came with regular French fries, but we subbed one of them for Chili Cheese Fries at an extra cost. Their house seasoning was sooo good, and the Chili Cheese Fries were mouthwatering! Now I know why it's so popular. We had to try their most popular Horchata drink. The cashier also recommended their new Strawberry Horchata Smoothie. They really need to remove the "World Famous Chili" from their establishment. This is by far one of the worst chili cheese fries I have ever had and that is saying a lot because I've been to over 50 places. It's my all time favorite guilty Foods to eat and I honestly wouldn't even come back here for a quick fix, it's not worth it. Chicken salad was way too salty. Take on Tom's # 1 EPIC 7 Lb CHILI CHEESE FRIES CHALLENGE any @toms_chiliburgers location! I went to Ontario because I saw Raina took on the challenge the previous week. This was a fun challenge to do and I can't believe I did this! The base is a huge bowl of fresh crispy French Fries, next layers of the FAMOUS TOM's CHILI and shredded cheese! You also have the option to top your bowl of chili cheese fries with anything you want! I picked pastrami and more cheese! You have 60 mins to finish this challenge. My boys cheered me on! Go Mom! You can do it! 4 minutes later I FAILED but it was a fun challenge and my kids had a blast watching me try. We paid the $35 FAIL, my kids could only finish half and we took the rest home. This a great family thing to do! Their burgers are great and we tried that crazy BIG TOM and it was massive. We couldn't fit in our mouth. Just had to put another great review for Tom's. I stopped by with my son and I attempted to do their 7lb chili fries challenge. You can customize it however you like and if you eat it all in one hour, it's free. We also got their secret chilifry burrito again, but this time with al pastor. Took it home for my husband and enjoyed it with their salsa. My son also got their strawberry milkshake and said it was good. I had chicken breast omelette with sourdough toast, everything was delicious and I like they don't use those stick like hash browns. So I saw through their instagram that they have a secret menu now! They now make a chili fries burrito and it's bomb.com and really heavy too. Chili Fries plus you get to choose a meat option. I got pastrami! I admit I couldn't finish the whole thing that's how heavy it was. Very good stuff. I hope they leave this on the menu. Honestly for how big this burrito it's definitely shareable. I've been to a few Toms and always wondered where #1 one was located I found out when I had lunch here in Ontario, all the Toms are basically the same. It seems they have a little bit of everything that you may like to satisfy your craving, the interior is spacious with plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. Their servings are really big you get a lot for your buck as they say. Their breakfast is really good too.
