And explained it very well without trying to "hard sell me". He also pointed out some areas that the old installers used that he would not do because they were not done well. I watched Gene and his helper do the iInstallation and learned a few things. Gene knows his craft. There's a lot more than just opening a box and plugging the unit in. They have to do wiring-plumbing-sheet metal fabrication and the fittings and measurements just right. I could tell by the number of tools and meters Gene had that he's been doing this work for a quite while. He knew what he was doing and never hesitated about what to do next.
