They also wanted to cut into the drywall and made it clear that any damage caused wouldn't be their responsibility -- even though the setup had worked perfectly for over 25 years. Thankfully, we got a second opinion. That technician immediately noticed that the previous tech had left multiple components disconnected and hadn't even reassembled the system properly. The second company was able to fix the issue quickly and at a fraction of the cost -- no drywall cutting, no upsell, just competent service. This was a completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC work.

Thank goodness we wanted a quote first because the price quoted was $1,850.00 for 2 hours work. $925.00 per hour is more than the best lawyers charge and belive me, we dodged a bullet here. Be careful and ALWAYS ask them for a quote 1st. They have a show-up fee of $59.95 so when their ridiculous quote is unacceptable, the company at least gets paid for gas and the employees time.

Russ's replaced the old pipe with 4" solid PVC pipe and installed additional pipe to route water from two other downspouts to the dry well too. Russ and his son Mike and their crew completed this large job in about ten hours and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and my interactions with them. 25 years ago, I used Russ's to tie the sump pump discharge at my previous house into the storm sewer and they did an excellent job then as well.
