The people that came out from Chappel were Philip who is the owner and Alex, (technician), and Brad ,(Certified Spacepak Technician). I had Chappel out last Thursday and Friday and today. The Owner, Brad, and Alex all were great people and all of them did an excellent job! My Spacepak was reinstalled correctly, The return was installed to a larger and correct size, 4 new supplies were installed, 2 new refridgerant lines were added and repaired. The first contractor who I hired to originally install the new Spacepak didn't do any of the things that Spacepak requires. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once.
