The team was professional, on time, and worked very hard until everything was completely done. They removed all the old insulation, sanitized the attic, sealed gaps, did rodent proofing, and installed new R-38 insulation beautifully. Everything was done carefully and cleanly, and they made sure to leave the place spotless. Highly recommend them if you want someone reliable, honest, and thorough. Last year we had the house painted, fumigated for termites, and then I realized we needed all of the insulation pulled and attic and crawl space cleaned. With the initial work - I would definitely get up in the attic and check all of it, as well as crawl under the house to verify the work, as I had to have them come back out two more times to complete the cleaning process. I would highly suggest the company invests in full portable lighting to see the entire area instead of using headlamps as too much can be missed. Insulation installation will be done at a later time. They did handle the initial cleanup quickly and it was appreciated.

So I think Titan was bought by Insulation Labs but they are just redirecting the calls instead of shutting down the Titan brand because they want to double their chance at getting work. This feels like borderline fraud to me, so I won't be using either company. To be fair, I have no knowledge of the quality of their work. It's unfortunate they chose to do that.
