It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!

Calvin texted to let us know he was on the way, show up right in the window they promised, and was kind, informative, and efficient. We have little dogs and I was concerned about them but Calvin gave clear instructions on how long to wait for the spray to dry outside. He was quick to respond and quick to solve my problem!…read more I heard scratching and biting noises coming from the attic area earlier in the day and Dorian was able to come in for a evaluation the same day! He came over and did a thorough inspection around the house and then went straight to the attic where I heard the noise. He sent me real time photos of what he found up there! - which was a squirrel - and how it got in. He was able to free the squirrel safely out of the attic and patched up the hole it came through. I did the inevitable tedious job of checking reviews, making calls and answering the same questions over and over. I was dreading the cost and the inconvenience of how long I thought the tenting process would take...so I thought. When I called Speedy's Termite Control, I spoke with Robert. Immediately, I was put at ease. His passion for his work and his business was beyond evident. After receiving some preliminary information about my concern and the size of my houses (front house had termites and back house for precaution), he explained the tenting process from start to finish - he personally would make a visit to verify the termites and assess the damage, explained the gases that would be used and how they worked, his warranty, the length of time I would need to be out of the house, the process involving the gas company, and requirements for pre and post tenting which included how to protect my food. I was even privileged to hear why Robert established his termite business. Makes sense to me! You're hired. I wish I personally knew more people that need termite tenting service.
