We needed a termite inspection for home sale and our first thought was call Baseline. Michael Hernandez was out the next day. Completed the inspection and found a couple of issues one being replace the door on he water heater closet outside. Of course, not a standard size, so had to be made, vented and painted to match the house. He and his staff finished their jobs and all three came out the very next day with the door, cut, painted, vented and hung! ready for VA Inspection the next day. WOW! Here is my satisfied review. I grabbed a card for Baseline when I saw them doing a neighbor's house. They came out and gave a very straightforward presentation of what was going on with termites... showed proof of where they were... pointed stuff out to me so I could see myself. I didn't get the feeling at all that they were trying to upsell something. They tended while we went away on a trip. Poor guys... it turned out that the city started paving our cul de sac they day they did install. The staff worked with us over the phone as we traded phone calls with the gas company, city, etc... and they said "If we can get our truck in we will do the job; don't worry about us." Yes they did! I was also unaware that many termite companies do both termite work and wood repair. A week or so after the work was done they came back and did the wood repair - I was really impressed. They actually fixed some stuff to look better than before they came. I contacted three companies before going with Baseline. I have nothing bad to say about the other companies but I have everything good to say about Baseline. I will be recommending them from now on. read more

Although, he did not treat my mobile (because unbeknownst to me it is under warranty from a prior treatment), he provided me with a lot of information as to how to proceed with the prior company. Cannot recommend these guys enough! We had termites and a lot of dry rot all around the exterior of our house and had a scheduled appointment with another firm. Baseline came and their estimate guy Chris was beyond helpful and pointed out areas that the other company had missed. He was more knowledgeable and the price was cheaper for more work. We canceled the other company and scheduled Baseline. The work that the guys did was quick and efficient and they were polite and respectful and walked us through everything before and afterwards. They also scheduled a fumigation for us and took care of everything, whereas other companies wanted us to schedule the gas company ourselves and go the extra mile. These guys made it easy. Had an appointment between 10-12AM. Nobody showed up. Called the company at 12. No apology, the women just said the inspector is running a little late, which meant an hour. Waisted 2 hours waiting. Absolutely ridiculous service. It is now an hour later and I updated my review. Owner called and apologised profoundly. Was very nice and showed up to inspect the house. He lost track of time and I totally understand that this can happen. Next time maybe the receptionist can do a better job. This would have prevented all the bad feelings. read more
