Had me fill a costly pre-cataract eye drop prescription prior to surgery, only to tell me I couldn't use it because of mediation allergies (which I previously reported at first meeting and mentioned afterwards) so I was stuck with a bill for a useless medication. Then they reported to Medicare that they performed surgery on my left eye, when they had done so on my right eye, so I had to prove to Medicare to change the file to avoid rejection when my left eye finally got done (which I later had done elsewhere). Staff and Surgeon didn't communicate with each other and when they did, they gave opposing answers. All they wanted was to move me through so they could get their money from my insurance. Find another place for your eye care.

He gave me some special eye drops at the office and suggested I uget some over the counter eye ointment. My eyes felt normal in 4 days. .He uses Zoom Docs which allowed me to fill out my patient forms online. I loved that. All I had to do was to bring my insurance card and my driver's license. When I got to the front desk, they told me that my zoom documents were not at the office. On my smartphone, I had a text message that showed they received my documentation 15 minutes prior to my appointment. They made me fill out the documents again by hand. I had the first appointment at 9:00am. I returned the 5 page document back 10 minutes later. I saw the doctor at 9:45am. Just before they were going to take me in at 9:40am, I wanted to cancel my appointment because I make it a practice not to wait for a physician more than 1/2 hour. I was further insulted and told that I had to cancel online. It was then an assistant pulled me into an examining room. All in all, the doctor is very good, but the front desk is not. The wait time is unacceptable, but they thought they did not have my information (turned out they did). I'll give them one more shot. Maybe it was an aberration. However, the other folks in the waiting room said that the wait time was typical.

Consider they are pretty busy all the time. I was able to get a same date appointment with my doctor. I scheduled online which was easier than before (I had to call before they had the upgrades). The staff, nurses and doctors are always nice and caring. They listen to your concerns and perform/order necessary tests. Prescriptions will go to your pharmacy electronically. I would recommend the primary care and walk-in here.
