    Special event for Mother's Day
    Christian P.

"We visited several stores, but this one is definitely my favorite. We stop so I can get my wife a Mother's Day gift and Anthony was super nice and helpful, ensuring we had the best experience, which we did. The rest of the staff was equally attentive. It's clear that customer service is a top priority at this store, regardless of appearance. Some people might think staff are nice because you spend money, but here, they treat everyone well. I'll definitely stop by on my next vacation. Thank you for the great experience! "

This Gucci is in a prime location, right next to Union Square and other stores. I wanted to pop in and see if they had a ring I've been wanting for a long time. They don't have my size (in general, as the sizing for THIS ring stops @ 18 and I'm usually a 19. Ie my Gucci ghost ring is a 19) but I've been losing some weight so I wanted to try my luck and see if their biggest size fit me. Welp, I found one that fit me and it was 2 sizes down from what I thought my size was. When I saw that ring on my finger, it was an immediate yes. The transaction was smooth and we even had some small talk with a customer! My Gucci advisor, Edna, was super nice, she was accommodating and understood where I was coming from and what I needed. She has been in my top 3 of advisors for Gucci!

Went with a coworker to check in regarding a broken watch. We had Fernando help us and he was super nice and friendly. He explained what the process was to send the watch over for diagnosis and repair and gave us the paperwork we needed for follow up. We did not notice any issues with customer service at the time, everyone greeted us as we walked in. The store itself is super clean and pretty.

Fantastic experience. I was a little worried about coming into union square but I made an appointment and was able to go upstairs and look at purses in private. I wanted to see particular purses but was open to suggestions and think my sales woman did the best job. I ended up with something I adore and got great feedback on different purses and styles. The upstairs has a great feel to it and cute chairs to sit in as well. A+++. Loved every moment.

Scheduled an appointment online with Junice. She was very friendly and helped me find the perfect bag! Overall a really nice experience!

Clip I bought, no thanks to the store

Would not recommend the Gucci store in San Francisco if you are black. They treated my black friend so horribly and were clearly giving white and Asian people better service. The woman was rude and glib, she tried to tell me the hair clip I was buying wasn't a hair clip (it was styled on your website as such) and refused to let me try it on Dropped so much money but never going back. Y'all should be ashamed of your associates.

In my opinion prices were a bit high for used items. Saw a baby bjorn bouncer for $50 when i see them on FB being sold for less. Nike sneakers were perhaps 50% off retail price, but with some patience and waiting for a good sale, you can definitely snag some for the same price brand new. Toy selection looked sub par. A lot of the toy items i feel like i can find for free on buy nothing groups, as parents are usually desperate to get rid of them. I saw a pair of Zara trousers that were perfect but because they were new with tag and retailed at $35, they were selling them for $20. Still a bit high considering I am purchasing from a thrift store and have limited selection, so I had to pass on it. I am better off buying a new pair of pants on sale, especially for something that will be worn 1-2x If you're in a pinch and cannot wait for something to go on sale, might be a good place to pick up something last minute.

If I have time when I'm running errands, I'll pop in to see the latest inventory and if there's anything I want to buy my daughter. Sometimes I find fancy brand-name stuff for good prices that look practically new (since babies do grow quickly after all!). I was even able to find a few preemie items when my daughter was born 5 weeks early and all the clothes we had prepared for her were too big. There's shoes, books, toys, sleep sacks, carriers, etc. There's even women's clothes although I've only browsed those items a couple of times. You earn store credit for purchases which is also great, and I think on Tuesdays, items are discounted. If you want to consign, you basically have to call the month before to try to get an appointment since they book up pretty quickly. I've been told that I could also try to call on a consignment day (Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday) to see if there are any last-minute appt cancellations. You bring in your bag of items and they'll go through it and select what they think will sell. If it sells within a month, you can either get a percentage of the sale as cash or you can get a larger percentage as store credit. I opt for the store credit since I need to keep buying clothes for this growing child who is somehow above average height considering she has two exactly average height parents haha.

To find out when the sales are, check craigslist and add yourself onto the email list when you attend the sample sale. Pros: - The prices are AMAZING!!! for the brands that you get. Sure, zulily and totsy constantly have discounts on Baby Nay, Le Top, Rabbit Moon but it's mostly previous season. The clothing at the sample sale are this upcoming season or even the next season's which means that you are getting the clothing before it even hits the stores. - The clothes typically sell for $50-$60 in stores but most are marked between $20-$30 and you can ask for an additional 20% discount making each outfit approximately $20. - Although it's in the back room of BB Hawks (a high end discount clothing store), the space is very spacious. - The clothing is neatly organized by the different reps since they each represent different brands. - There's clothing ranging in age from newborn through age 12, casual to formal, and tons of accessories including blankets, socks, and shoes. Cons: - Since it's a sample sale, the quantity and sizes are limited. - Some of the sizing tags are a bit off, mainly because these are samples rather than production but they represent what will be in production (probably even better quality because they are not mass produced) - If you are not into higher end clothing for your kids, this might still be on the expensive side since each outfit will cost you around $20 whereas you can buy consignment or shop big box retail for much cheaper. .
