I wish I can give zero stars…read more Unbelievable costumer service. They put down the wrong appointment time and then want to blame me and ask me to sit around and wait longer. Doesn't even want to explain their mistakes, or answer my questions. They show me their appointment book which has so no other appointment following mine but claims I can't be seen for being "late" Zero care for the person in front of them. Waste of my time to drive here. They will gaslight you like no other. Edit to add: this is not false info - this has happened multiple times and I've continued to go because I liked one nail tech there. Being asked not to return as a loyal customer is another clear sign of their poor customer service. These events occurred and are true on multiple occasions.

Definitely not worth the $130 spent . Nails started lifting after 5 days while I was on a business trip. It wasn't just one nail but 3. After 8 days I had 5 lifting. I normally can go 3 weeks without any issues with my fills elsewhere. Pedicure was fine but should have gone with the basic pedicure because the massage was just her slapping lotion around on my legs. I will go anywhere else for half the price and receive nails that last.

I did tip because they did the work and know sometimes that's all they get (I've worked in the beauty and service industry). All I liked about the nails were the polish color. I was hoping this could be an alternate place for when my normal nail girl is on vacation or has an emergency like in this case- but nope I'll wait for her next time. Response: I've already had a nail break because of how thin they are. The cleanliness needs to be improved the bottles were dirty, files dirty, tools not cleaned after use. The man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. I expected more from a "luxury" nail salon- and it is just like every other cheap nail place out there only with higher prices. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.

When I walked in and they assigned the lady to me to do my pedicure I immediately felt that she did not want to do it. I was never asked if I wanted to select a specific package like at other places. Usually I will pick a more expensive package because I like the extra perks. It felt very rushed. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The massage which we all know is the best part, is what really upset me - was 2 to 3 minutes max for BOTH feet. And I say feet loosely because she didn't actually touch my feet. There was a lady next to me whose pedicure started around the same time as me and I watched the experience she was having which was way better than the service I was receiving. Her pedicure wasn't even done as I was leaving. Very disappointing. I gave 2 stars only because my toe nails look decent, but still I would prefer the French tips to be a little thicker and more square. I'm really not picky either, just very disappointed to spend money and not have a relaxing experience.

Though I have experience doing manis, I never had the chance to get one done myself. My boyfriend and I came in on August 10th, over an hour before closing. I did not make an appointment; however, the man at the front desk was accommodating and was able to get us helped out. I got the #9 + gel polish pedi as well as a Gel X mani. The pedi outcome was okay, but my nails were uneven and the process was painful. The Gel X was horrible. There was excess paint run, and she was very obviously rushing through everything, with one nail being crooked. I also asked for an ombre french tip style nail but the nail tech only applied one coat of the same color. The main kicker was that I asked for a SINGLE nail art design on one finger, and my nail tech, Winnie, refused. The techs were already tired from a day's work and were not enthusiastic about doing their jobs. They were complaining in Viet when people with appointments came in 30 mins before closing. At the end, my boyfriend pointed out that these nails were not like the inspo, and I was denied service. The man at the front desk then invited us back the following day to get a free service to fix the nails. We came back the next day and it got so much worse. #1: He lied. He was going to charge us additionally for the nail art. #2: He was protecting Winnie's refusal of service by saying it was a miscommunication. I understand Vietnamese, and Winnie completely understood the service I was asking for and said NO. I doubt a grown woman at a nail salon doesn't understand when a client is asking for a design. #3: The man in the front also tried to play it off like I asked for a single coat of color when the reference photo shown was using two different colors. He said verbatim, "If you angle your fingers at the light it looks like the photo". Even if that was the case, the result fails to look like the photo. ?????????????? #4: The man KNEW he was in the wrong and offered last minute when we got up to left to do the free service. It was so unprofessional and so disheartening, especially as my first experience at a nail salon. I paid 125 in total (30 for pedi, 75 for mani). Please give your money to businesses with accountability and actually want to preform the service they provide, because this one isn't it.
