He no longer has any affiliation with Resolution Plumbing. Only thing I suggest to Resolution Plumbing is that they screen their future employees more thoroughly.

Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. Their pricing was transparent, the installation was efficient, and their communication was outstanding. We received updates via text, email, and phone.
