The store is complete with about any type of clothing you daily need. The sunglasses selections are wonderful. I purchased 2 sets of beautiful sunglasses 2 months ago and when I got home, found 1 of them with scratches. Since I live so far away, I finally was able to come in today. I was afraid they would not honor my return and talked to Sebastian one of the store employees working on the floor. He said there was problem in exchanging them. So I picked one to exchange with ease. Sebastian was very accommodating. He has a sweet demeanor and treated me with respect and pleasant to talk to. The three star rating seems to be the mid-point between those who love this outlet store, and those who had bad experiences. For me, it was a middle of the road outing. Not terrible, but not great, either. Stopped in on a weekday, not not long after they opened. Was on the hunt for a striped logo t-shirt for the fashion plate in our lives, the Adored Grandson. It was one of his wish list items. I don't recall being greeted by any of the store's associates. One staffer did offer to help me at one point, but either didn't know the merchandise that well, or just didn't have what I wanted. Once I picked out a shirt and took it to the cash wrap, the cashier was very personable, which was a plus. The shirt came from a section that was on sale, but the register wasn't programmed for the sale price. When I heard the total, I knew it wasn't correct. I had to go back to the sign to verify the price. The cashier had to then ask the manager for permission to correct the transaction. It got handled, but I feel like it shouldn't have had to be an issue in the first place. Overall, the store was well-merchandised, clean, and visually appealing. I liked their Los Angeles-themed logo tees, as a reminder of their roots. Will have to see if that's something AG would see fit to wear to maintain his teen style cred. read more

1/2/2021 came in around 11:00am. This store is seriously lacking customer service. I was in the store for 20 minutes and NOT one employee acknowledged my existence. Its NOT a shock why online shopping is sky rocketing!!! because us customers do NOT have to deal with young, no customer service skills from employees like at this Guess location. I would of bought some clothes but since the employees couldnt even acknowledge me, I left. and hell I have no idea who even worked there. read more

I give Guess Factory zero stars. So disappointed, I'm a regular onstore and online customer. I leave close by the store, so when I buy online, if for some reason an item doesnt work for me I go to the store and return it. However, every time I make an online return no one ever knows how to start the process!, I always have to wait for the manager to come from the back of the store to show the person handeling the return. It never fails! Plus they prolong the return process and stop helping me to help the customer making the purchase. Just want to let the Factory Outlet team that this is the last straw the broke the camels back. I am done making business for you. From now on, I will visit other stores in the same outlet center to make my clothing purchasing. Today, I just went to return two tops that I had ordered online and one was too small nd the other was too big on me. Aside from that order I had also bought two pair of shoes that I havent even worn. I was saving them for a special ocasion. Now I'm RETURNING ALL ITEMS! its not worth giving my money to a store that doesnt value their customers! I had a question in regards to my return and asked the Manager MELISSA, if she can contact customer care for me, she said. " we are too busy right now" there was no else behind me inline the store was not busy, on a Monday. She has horrible customer service. I asked to get a better copy of my receipt she send her employee to tell me that she had no more ink. Her employee, offered to re write the numbers. I told her it was fine like that. Everyone out there, dont make online purchases, if something doesn't work out for you the store will try whatever they can make it difficult and not make the returns. Suzie Q's Fun Facts: My ex-boyfriend used to work for Guess' corporate HQ in Los Angeles. Oh, the internal politics!! =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ I think most people know, these days, that outlet stores are no longer places where discontinued or out-of-season retail items are sent to sell at discount prices. Those days are long gone. Take note: This may be called "Guess Jeans," but it's actually a Guess Factory Store, where the entire line is made just for the outlet. As such, while prices are lower than at Guess, Marciano or even "G by Guess" (the intermediate-priced line that is being discontinued/ merged with Guess Factory), in my opinion the quality is even lower than the price point would indicate. I'd liken the quality to Charlotte Russe, maybe.... or Forever 21's cheapest lines. This is throwaway casual wear and clubbing attire that won't last. If you want quality, go to a regular Guess store. Side note: Don't get me started on Guess Factory online. The selection is larger (because it includes "G by Guess," which isn't even carried at this store). But that's where the awesomeness stops and the disaster begins. Instead of storing online items at a central warehouse for processing and speedy/ efficient shipping, now, when Guess Factory Online gets an order, they use their inventory tracking system to find the item you ordered at a store, and have it shipped to you from each store. That all sounds fine and dandy.... except I recently placed a $300 order, and it took 1 week to ship 3 items, 1.5 weeks to ship another 3 items, and over **2 weeks**!! to ship the last few items. In the age of instant gratification, that is simply way too long. I called and told Guess to cancel my remaining shipments and give me a refund, and after 20 minutes on the phone with dumb-as-a-brick customer service reps, they finally agreed to do so. I'm a big fan of Guess Outlets, although I have recently noted that some of their prices have gone up for certain items... i.e. sunglasses used to be about $30 and now I can't find them for less than $45. The people who work at the Camarillo one have always been very helpful but aren't the kind who hover over you. I was trying to decide what size jean I was in inches a couple months and had no idea what to pull from the rack. One of the ladies walking by took one look at my waist, grabbed a pair, and they fitted perfectly - nice job!! I'm a fan of their shorts and skirts, for some reason they fit my short legs really well. Before heading to Vegas or SF I always hit the Guess Outlet to grab a bargain on something I wouldn't wear out normally. The people who work here know their stuff, just make sure that what you're paying is truly an outlet price. read more

This store is hit or miss depending on when you shop here. I've been here numerous times and sometimes the selection is great and sometimes it's a wash. I've gotten a leather jacket at a great price, wallets, tshirts and dress shirts that are really nice and quite a deal compared to the regular retail price. The issue is that I only find the items i'm interested in, and at a price i'm willing to pay, 1 out of 5 visits. If you're at the outlet, this is definitely worth, at the very least, a quick visit just to see if there is anything that catches your eye. read more

I finally found the black leather jacket I was looking for. I guess - GUESS had it!!! Than why didn't I go there in the first place??? I guess I should have checked here earlier. Very poor management. Dirty changing rooms. The check out line did not have that many people in it but too extra Ordinarily long to get through. Three cashiers too! They said one line they would only take credit cards not cash. Line tool so long that I decided to just pay with a credit card. Then the manager at the cash register said that they were closing that line as worker had to go on break! I only had one item!! Where is the manager of the store? Very poor management!! Grace was super nice and help as my friend and I walked in, found some really really great deals. The store was extremely clean for an outlet store. Usually they're a bit messy, but this Guess was kept exceptionally well! The young woman who helped us at the fitting room was nice and gave honest opinions about what we were trying on! We'll be back for sure! Just moved to Westlake Village recently so it's only a 15-20 min drive instead of the hour! Super excited to shop some more at this Guess location! read more

This store has a nice selection of different clothing at great prices. My last visit here, I picked up a pair of jeans on sale for like $45 which was well worth it. My only gripe with the store was that the employees were just standing around. I would ask them a question, they would help and then go back to the counter. I usually like good outlet stores but this is NOT ONE. The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF of cave women working with the intelligence of a rock. Had over 200 dollars in merchandise I was waiting to make a purchase in line for 15 minutes. There was NO ONE in line and 3 cashiers doing nothing and the manager who was on the phone told me "she had a phone call and will get to me when she gets to me and that I can wait... Point being there was no one in line and a manager on a phone who lost a big sale due to laziness and not caring about her job. Definitely BELOW standards compared to a real guess store that usually is VERY attentive and helpful. NOT THIS OUTLET where they treat you like the discount merchandise. Worst customer service of any store, employee by the name of Alisa had me calling customer service to get my return authorized. When we did the purchase a new employee ensured us we have a thirty day return policy! When following through the promise we were were assured right before our purchase ............gotcha no store credit only? Even due she claimed she is the manager and verified we were given the info by a new employee, she claimed she would not be able to help! Aren't you claiming you are the manager! A managers job is to tend to issue as such and wait....... you should be educating your new employees not to give incorrect info to induce a purchase. I wouldn't mind revisiting this location to see if this is just a normal practice for this store. Such behavior constitutes "Fraudulent inducement". read more
