I absolutely love wearing Tommy Hilfiger clothes so I was thrilled when I saw his store in the Outlet Mall! My daughter and I loaded up on sweaters, pants and t shirts. I believe the girl helping us was named Abbey! She was thoughtful, had a great sense of humor, and knew where every product was and which size would be the best for you. She was running her rear end off. I saw her smile while helping a difficult older lady. She actually got her to leave the store in a good mood . Now that says a lot! They had so many items and the shelves were well stacked. The mirrors spotless and the dressing rooms did not have even one left over outfit or hanger left in them. They had everything arranged according to size and product. It made it so much easier to find things. Abbey was right on top of everything and made you feel as though she was your own personal assistant. It's not just me either, a couple other people commented on it as well. We loaded up with clothes and were on our way with a dent in our wallet but a smile on our faces! read more

Nice Tommy Hilfiger outlet in the Camarillo Outlet Mall. They have a typical selection but I was disappointed they only have men's and women's clothing here no kids section. Prices were otherwise typical outlet mall prices and wasn't too crowded. read more

I came to this store to go secret shopping for my bf birthday. I was treated very poorly by the staff. They treated me like I was trying to steal something. I walked five feet into the store when someone asked me if was finding everything okay. Literally barely looking at the clothes on the first rack on the left hand side of the store. Then walked further in and a woman asks me do I need help? And I am like this is weird.. No I don't need any help I don't hear them asking anyone else in the store if they need help. Then I walk to the back of the mens department in active wear and another woman approached me. -_- I picked out a pair of jeans then looked at a dress I was going to get to match the shirts I picked out when ANOTHER woman employee comes up to me all skittish asking if I want to put my items in a bag and I am like I have no issues holding the items but if it makes YOU feel more comfortable with the security tag on the bag sure. I decided not to get the dress because this is just so uncomfortable. And ew! I'm like you guys are all weird and making me feel very uncomfortable in this store. I had my child with me and he even asked why do they keep coming up to you mommy. I started to have anxiety and just needed to pay for my items and get out this store because this is unacceptable. I can't help but believe that I was treated this way due to the color of my skin. Because literally no one was followed and bothered in this store like I was. As I was paying for my items I did inform an employee at the register how uncomfortable they made me feel and she brushed it off saying oh we are just trying to help and I was like wow. If you see your co-worker approach a customer why approach the same customer 40 seconds later 3+ times? I will never shop here again or at any Tommy Hilfiger stores ever again. read more

Very rude and unprofessional staff. 2 hispanic staff (one with a long curly hair and a short hispanic staff) were so rude that they were rushing me to shop and refuses to help me because its 10mins before closing. Knowing that there was still line in the counter and i have enough time but they were breathing in my neck and would take turns reminding me of the countdown. I believe that i did not get the %15 off i was supposed to be getting but i didn't bother to fight over it. These staff should not be in-front on the store and should stay in the back read more

Nice place to shop. Convienance is great. Bring patients so that you can go through the sale racks and make your visit worth while. Not much on kids sizes, but definately items for the female or dude in your life. Cool place to pick up a quick present. Hold on to your receipts tho in case you need to return or exchange. Horrible return service. Make you wait forever and there is no separate line which makes it confusing for people who want to make purchases

So while my brother and I waited for his girlfriend to finish up some Christmas shopping at this store, we decided to look around. We soon realized that we had two male employees looking at everything we did closely(pretty sure one was named robert). Don't know what they thought our intentions were but they were definitely not what they were thinking. Very rude greedy cheap service I am writing regarding my horrible experience at the store today 01/11/2019 Store code 0237 at Camarillio premium outlets Ca 93010 Sales person # 648 I had 3 transactions with her and was about to purchase more but did not after her cheap behaviour which is not expected at a big store with big brand name. I had family members coming from Germany and we did purchase alot from tommy adults and kids . I gave her 5 coupons each with $5 she had hidden 2 of them saying I gave her only 3, I let it go ! With each transaction there are two coupons printed with the receipt,she separated the coupons kept them on her left hand side and the receipt on her right hand side,it looks okay to keep them apart. After finishing She and her colleague were hiding the coupons not giving it to me.I asked for them,she lies saying "no coupons those are the used ones" I mentioned that with each receipt there were two coupons coming denied rudely telling me enough what you had giving me the last 2 ones hiding the rest of it above that she has hidden other 2 coupons with $5. That is a very cheap ,rude ,greedy behaviour . read more

I look forward to shopping here every year during our annual Christmas shopping trip. Unfortunately, I couldn't shop comfortably because of the loud music blasting throughout the store. When I asked if it could be turned down, the salesperson looked at me ruefully, agreed with me that it was annoying and said that she would try asking but that it would probably not happen. I appreciate that she tried but I had to leave the store without a purchase because I couldn't stand it any longer. read more

When I decided to put more short sleeved button up shirt in my wardrobe for the summertime, this was the store I went to 3rd. (1st was Burberry, 2nd was Ralph Lauren) This is a great store. It's neat, easy to get around and the people inside are very nice. The sales here are great and the clearance rack has a lot of good deals. I got a few of my shirts for $10. I signed up for email alerts and I get an additional % off for each purchase. SWEET!! read more

My son went in found a jacket he liked. It had no price on it. He asked for the price. The girls working there had him waiting more than 20 minutes. They kept telling him to go to so & so then totally blew him off. My son ended getting over it. Horrible customer service. read more

worst customer service! manager was super unprofessional!! she was on the phone, while I was trying to ask for help with a size. she had an attitude with me, when I had asked her a simple question regarding the promotions in the store. the cashier who rung me up, was so incredibly rude. He would not stop giving me attitude when I had asked him about the prices on items. worst experience ever, will never go back to this store ! read more
