On Friday, March 1, 2024, I had taken my cowboy boots here for repair. I asked the owner if could alter the calf area of my boots and make them smaller. He told me he could and proceeded to take the measurements of my calf area. He said it would be $35 for this service, in which he gave me the option to pay after the work was completed or I could pay in full and pick them up the next day, Saturday (one-day service). On Saturday, I call the shop on 6 different occasions with no answer, just a recording with a full mailbox. I called again on Monday, March 4 with no answer again. After no answered calls and my boots still at the shop, I decided to go in person and the owner was not there. One of the other employees there tried to find my boots and they were nowhere to be found. I came back to the store for a third time, now Tuesday, March 5, and finally saw the owner. He brought out my boots and the alterations were not done. I was very frustrated that days had gone by, and the service was still incomplete. He wanted me to come back another day to pick up my boots, but I refused to make an additional trip there when this was supposed to be a one-day service. That was the entire point of paying up front. My boots had white stitching down the back of my black boots. I was so DISGUSTED. My boots look like he put some masking tape down the back of my boots and put black polish over it. He knew how dissatisfied I was but REFUSED to give me my money back in full. He only offered to give me $15 of the $35 I had paid. I had a friend come along with me who also experienced their rude behaviors. At no point was accountability taken by the owner or employee. I will never return here or refer someone to this place. I received horrible service and am now stuck with a pair of defective-looking cowboy boots. read more

I dropped off some boots for stretching and it has been almost 4 weeks and I have not receive them. They don't answer the phone and everytime I go they are closed even thought their hours say they should be open. read more

worst place to go for fast repair took my shoe to the shop as of right now they have took about 3 weeks just to glue the shoe together. whenever i went to see if they can repair i told them to paint and glue the shoe for 45$ When i went to check on them recently they tried giving me them back only glued. go anywhere else but here.(Still waiting on the shoes) read more

I had to repair some simple stitching on my work boots because the fabric was coming apart from the leather (from getting snagged onto something). This place was able to repair the shoe for $5 plus tax and it took about ten minutes. They didn't get it right the first time but she didn't mind restitching it so I'm a happy customer. read more

The owner is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE and loves to string customers along. I dropped off my saddle early Feb 2020, he said it be ready in two weeks. He strung me along for over 4 months. "It will be ready tomorrow, it will be ready next week". There was always an excuse with this man, he seemed incoherent most of the time. Wish I would have noticed that before I dropped off my saddle. I tried to pick up my saddle twice, and he claimed it was at his house. He started avoiding my calls, relaying messages with his son and/or wife. I was finally over it, after 4 months. I showed up, demanded my saddle, and called the cops. I got my saddle, he probably put one hour of work in the 4 months he had it. He kept my $40 deposit. I wish I would have read all the bad reviews before I dropped off my saddle. My mom came here once and had bad experience. They told her to come back in three days. Her boots only needed to be polished. When she came to pick them up they said they still weren't ready. Point is, it took them six days instead of three. Monday I dropped off my boots to be polished. I asked them to be ready Thursday morning. I went at noon and they couldn't find them. They told me to come back in two hours because by that time they would find them and would have them ready. I went at four and made me wait another thirty minutes. NOT a happy customer. So I had a pair of old Jordan's that needed to be cleaned and this place popped up closest to my area. I came in the 22nd of March and told me by Saturday 27th of March they would be ready. I came back that Saturday and told me they weren't ready to come back Tuesday the 30th. I decide to give them a call Tuesday instead of showing up and she dead ass told me that she would call me when they were ready. A week goes by and I give them a call and this time they said they'll be ready by Friday April 10. I called that Friday twice and nobody picked up. So I went in person and the guy said they were ready however they were just a bit dirty from them cleaning my shoes, that I should have called them so that they could of cleaned them. I literally had to wait an extra 30 for not giving them a "call" which I did. The shoes were cleaned pretty good but really almost 3 weeks just to clean some shoes. Never going back to this place. I left my pair of boots there about 3 weeks ago. All they needed was a good polish. They told me they would be ready friday i went the following monday leaving enough time in case they were busy. When i showed up the front door fell almost on top of me.!! Then they lost my boots i was in a hurry they said they would call me back when they find them!! Never did i received a call I understand they are busy but common!! Worse place to go to, My uncle went to get a customized belt and wallet they told him to come in a week. He came after a week, they told him that all they needed was to polish them and they said to come back a day later he did they said the same thing for the past week at the end they told my uncle the lost the wallet and belt and they gave him the money back.
