We made a purchase on Reverb for a G&L Tribute ASAT listed as "Brand New" only to find out from a…read moreguitar tech that one of the frets had damage and was either filed incorrectly or some other attempt was made to fix an undisclosed issue. Definitely not "Brand New" condition and not playable. You would think an Authorized G&L Dealer that lists a guitar as "Brand New" would be more agreeable to resolve this situation, but Infinity Guitars was completely unwilling. Also pretty unresponsive. This was not an instrument sold in "as is" condition. So we're stuck with an expensive fix. Sadly, with our limited expertise this was discovered outside the return window (of 2 days!) BUYER BEWARE. Instrument was not as listed.
