I do recommend you get an appointment because it gets you in and out. I was called close to my scheduled time however I was told to go to another room because apparently a lady who I assume was a walk in had a problem with me going before her. She screamed out loud to the hematologist "I have been waiting!!" "Why is he going before me?" LOL I felt awkward about this and let it be. So I waited around 10 minutes and the hematologist called me in for that blood draw. Unfortunately she did not know how to draw blood because I got stuck 2 times with no blood drawn. She had to get a more experienced person and he was able to get it done on the first try. Thank goodness for him. Sadly I do not recommend coming here and I will definitely not be back here in the future.

The 1st vampire didn't even try to draw any blood. It was too difficult. She got a Danielle who must be the chief vampire because she got 3 tubes with only 1 pic. Yeah, if must give blood I wouldn't go anywhere else. Face covering is required and you can wait in their very clean waiting room or in your vehicle. It was quick and I made an online appointment. Now to go eat a dozen donuts!!!

tl;dr - this is the most expensive way I've found to give your blood to someone who may or may not…read morebe a medical professional. The Yelp Deal: If you purchase this Yelp deal, you are only getting $10 off. It is NOT paying for a treatment. You will be charged another $99 when you go (total charge of $189 for a service that is normally $199). Also, double check the 5-star reviews - most are more than two years old and posted by people with few friends and even fewer reviews. Booking online: As soon as you book online via their website, you'll receive a phone call from someone confirming the appointment and asking if you have any questions. Keep in mind that the website does not mention how much services are going to cost unless you pre-pay with PayPal. So, I booked online with the pay later option then got the Yelp deal thinking I was covered for the treatment. Cost of the treatment is not a question I would have thought to ask the person confirming my appointment. Check in: You fill out some paper work and sign a few documents. Nothing too terrible or time consuming. Keep in mind that I arrived at my appointment 30 mins early and got into the room 10 mins early. At no time during the check-in process was I told how long the treatment would take but based on my research online, I had planned about 30 minutes. Consultation: Courtney took me to a private room and because I thought I was talking to a medical professional on my first visit, I went into a quick recap of what I was hoping to accomplish with these treatments. Courtney was overwhelmed by more than, "I'll take the vitamin bag" and called in Kirk to talk to me and to make me a custom bag. STOP SCANNING - THIS PART IS IMPORTANT: At this point in the visit, it still hasn't occurred to me how easily I'm convinced that people wearing scrubs are medical professionals and now that I think about it, at no point in this process was anyone referred to as a Doctor. Blood work: You sign a document that says you understand that blood work needs to be done prior to IV Treatment but the fact that they don't tell you what they're checking for (besides blood count) makes me very, very uncomfortable. They have your blood by your consent and you have no idea what they're going to do with it or who they are going to send it to. My anxiety takes me to a place where my blood results are now going to be sold with my credit score on the dark web or used in some sort of cloning experiment funded by ancestry.com. Seriously, I just gave them my blood with absolutely no follow up questions? I'm an idiot. The treatment: Courtney brings in a bag of yellow fluid and tells me that the chair I'm sitting in can recline if I want it to. I confirm that it should take about 30 mins and he says, "maybe 45." BTW, it took my bag an hour to drain. He checked on me a couple of times but only offered me a call button at the end of my treatment... to let him know when the bag was empty. If you decide to do this, please remember to ask for a blanket beforehand. I didn't realize how cold the fluids would be going into your body and of course that temperature is going to end up throughout your entire body. They did not offer a blanket or water or anything except the Counting Crows Pandora channel to listen to while I was in the room. An hour of the Counting Crows channel on Pandora. Please remember to bring your headphones. Check out: When I complained about the wait time, the new admin at the front desk told me to ask for the short bag next time. Seriously? Next time? Why wasn't that an option given to me THE FIRST TIME?! For those of you still convinced you want to do this, please (for me), ask for a blanket and the short bag. And if you could find out what they're doing with our blood, that would be fantastic. Also, she didn't know how to ring up the Yelp deal because I'm apparently the only person who has ever fallen for it. I arrived 30 mins early and was there for an hour and 40 mins in the middle of my work day. Considering their hours of operation, the cost, and the wait time - this is clearly not a service targeted to anyone who works regular business hours or (let's face it) even works at all. If this review saves one person $199... I'll feel way better than I did after this treatment. Let's talk about how I feel: Like someone who wasted money paying the tab for someone they just spent two unproductive hours with and who they are never going to call again. And two hours later, my urine is the same color as the fluid they had in the bag. Coincidence? Bonus: While I was impressed (and maybe a little hurt) that they didn't try to upsell me to anything else they were selling in the building (Lipo, Saxenda, Botox), I do feel like they are missing a HUGE marketing opportunity by not offering a Super Soldier discount - a bag a week for only $10,000 (That's a savings of $348)!

This my our experience. my niece got a major dental surgery and not able to eat solid food for a few days and feeling a little fatigue. She has fast metabolism and usually consumed a lot of food but not being able to eat solid food for a few days making her tired and lost some weight. We are hoping the Myers IV will help with her energy and recovery. We call in to check if we can come in that day and the price of the IV. We was told there are 2 types of Myers Cocktail IV , 1) $150 @) $199. I drove my niece there and decided to also get the IV while waiting for her, I ask about the Glutathine IV and was told there are 2 options 1) $199 and $250. We told the staff my niece with go for $150 option and I would go for $199. After we were done My niece was charged $199 and I was charged $275. We were both shocked. We ask them again and they told us these are the prices for what we got. We were not in a mood for argue with the staff. We paid and left. There is no price chart in this office or on the website so it hard to argue with them. I felt confident that I didn't ask for $275 option b/c in my mind my budget was under $200. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt that there might be a misunderstanding or miscommunication between us and the office. But at the end we had to pay for more than what we were quoted for. That did not sit well with us. If you decided to give this place a try for whatever reason, make sure to write down the price and the services they quoted you for. The staff was nice and friendly, it hard for me to know who is responsible for this shady transaction, did they follow the business owner instruction? or was it their way of doing business. Why waste your money and have to deal with this. We will never come back here again.
