With only one day's notice, he delivered a temporary bed directly to her facility so she could come home as planned. He didn't just drop it off--he set it up, made sure the sheets were on, added a fall pad, and ensured everything was ready and safe for her arrival. When our ordered bed comes in, he'll even swap it out seamlessly. Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore, but not here. Now all of a sudden, I am receiving notices of payments due of anywhere between $40-$160?! Total BS. This place is exactly what others are saying, and now that I have read others reviews, it doesn't surprise me in the least that they are being sued. Turn off the AutoPay everyone and buy your own supplies elsewhere that won't cost you hundreds of dollars. Seriously, my most recent (and by recent, I am referring to January, 2026), I had ordered three new face masks, the little rubber things that go over your face with the plastic hole to attach the hose to...for all three of these, the total cost came to 105 dollars; $35 PER MASK. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I can find the same mask available elsewhere for under $20. "Oh, but you won't be getting the same healthy, "medically approved" quality mask if you do that and don't let us replace it for you..." they say at AdaptHealth....FORGET IT, we're onto you and aren't going to be fooled anymore! Collections? You threaten us with Collections? I'd love to see you actually do that...it won't happen. Again, stick to your suspicions and to your gut feelings everyone and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ANYMORE! I obviously knocked, no answer. I called and left a message stating I was there for my appointment but no one was present. I was about to leave the parking lot when Next Step called and said he forgot about the appointment but he would return. Okay, I can understand that. Being the nature of the business it can definitely be a one man operation, closed for lunch or errands, etc. I will note there was no sign on the door. Being that I was already there and wanted to get this brace process going ASAP I said I would wait, and wait I did, but he never returned. This business office houses a different medical offices. There is no seating anywhere near Next Step. I waited in my car assuming I would get a call. Nothing. I eventually just drove home. The business did contact me about 24 hours later to reschedule, but at that point I moved on. So to sum it up, I never actually got past the front door of this business to even receive service. It just cost me about two hours of my day, leaving work early and waiting for nothing.

I spoke with Mike at Next Step and he checked through my insurance and I was able to get it with out any out of pocket cost. So I went ahead and made an appointment to be fitted, he was able to get me in right away. Mike was also the person to fit me for my brace. The store was clean and spacious. (Plus there were Star Wars posters on the walls!) He measured me and within 10 minutes I was trying on my new brace which fit great, no adjustments needed. He gave me verbal instructions on it's use and told me to call with any questions or concerns and he sent me on my way. Mike helped make it a fast and easy procedure. I would recommend this establishment for medical supplies.
