Terrible customer service, it's not rocket science. Ordered (2) mags and after finally shipping the order the tracking information showed a problem. After calling Gun Mag Warehouse (GMW) to inform them of the issue, I was told to refer to their shipping policy on the website and that I would have to wait 12 business days before I could file a claim. After 2 and a half weeks I called back and was given the run around by a representative, asked to speak with a manager who was just as bad. Finally, they agreed to ship another set of mags out to me but would only ship them economy. It took over 3 weeks and several phone calls to ship 2 mags from Florida to North Carolina. I understand problems and mistakes happen, however it's how a company handles the issue and the customer service provided to rectify the situation to satisfy the customer that brings them back. Unfortunately, there was no remorse or sense of urgency to satisfy me as a customer so I would never consider ordering from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered an ASC AR-15 magazine and it took over 10 days to receive it. When it arrived, the magazine was bulging near the base plate because it wasn't welded correctly. I reached out to customer service and waited 7 days for a response. The response was a vague email loaded with excuses and potential delays in the resolution process along with a return shipping label. Given my initial investment of $25, I chalked it up as a loss and moved on. I actually found similar mags on Midway USA and they are cheaper. Skip the ASC AR-15 mags from Gun Mag Warehouse if possible, they aren't worth the hassle. read more

In fairness, I've bought here in the past without issues. This time I ordered Pmags on 11/7/20 and got a "Ready to ship" email with a UPS tracking number on 11/16/20 (so obviously my items were packaged and ready). Then nothing until 12/27/20, when I emailed their support. The response the next day was "these items are out of stock and a refund has been issued". I purchased some mags a week and a half ago. My card was charged as soon as I ordered. I logged into my account to check up on my order. It says no orders found. They have shunt down their phone line and are not responding to emails. If they can't keep up with orders and are having problems they should shut orders down until they get caught up. Wish I had read the reviews on this site before I purchased from GunMagWarehouse. Their customer service is terrible. I recently returned an unopened purchase with an RMA. I also have tracking confirmation that they received it several days ago. Their customer service department claims they have no knowledge of the returned package and they refuse to let me talk to the person who supposedly scans in the returns. They were very abrupt bordering on rude when I contacted them. They did not want to be bothered with my inquiry. I will never do business with this company again! read more

Bought the shirt with an order for a gift and when I got the wrong size they said I had to send that one back before they sent me the correct size. I had ordered mags from them on the 10th, took a week to process. Had to call customer service to find out where it was. They said it would be shipped out that day. I had ordered 3 day priority shipping to get it here by the 20th for a class. It didn't get here until the 26th and they wouldn't refund me my shipping even though usps didn't have any tracking information until the 19th. Wow. What a failure of a company. * Ordered pretty generic mags. Billed on day 0. * 2 days later they change their website to say they are behind, and no longer taking calls. * 8 more days (10 total) they send me an email claiming the order is filled and giving me a tracking number. * 5 more days (15 total) I email them reporting the package tracking reports it had never actually shipped, yet they'd closed the order as filled. * Today, now 20 days after the order, I've emailed them several times, and used the internal support tool as well. They have never again responded, nor has the product ever shipped. And of course they don't answer the phone either. I have never had such awful service from an online vendor. I ordered an extended mag for my Glock 26. This was over five weeks ago. Customer service hasn't given any satisfaction. The answer I got was you will get an email and tracking number when it is shipped. This is after I was told it was lost in the shipping process. I guess I have lost my money as I have never heard from them. BTW. I left a one star review on their site... Placed two small orders during Freedom Week here in California on April 1 and USPS labels were not created until April 5th !!! With such high volume of orders UPS should have been chosen to deliver the job, no pun intended. According to USPS, my orders never left their store. After speaking with Ernie, the manager about this yesterday April 27th he digusted me with his unempathetic nature about the whole thing. Thank God I placed the bulk of my orders with Palmetto State Armory, who used UPS and shipped my orders the following day. Ernie should have hired temps to get these orders out ASAP. Ordered two 20 round ASC AR-15 SS magazines, they arrived just fine. The mags are a waste of $30. The anti-tip followers tip and jam, the followers don't lock the bolt open with an empty mag. The mags jam when trying to load more than 4 rounds and with 5 rounds loaded, the mags won't seat with a closed bolt. GMW sent an email requesting a review, I posted the same as this one. They verified my email then deleted the review. They didn't make the mags, they aren't responsible for those problems but they deleted a bad review of their products. I purchased these mags because of the good reviews, had I known they delete all the bad reviews, I wouldn't have bought them. Will never do business with them again nor ever recommend them. read more

I ordered two pistol magazines from GunMag's website, but a day or two after doing so, I realized that I didn't really need them. I wanted to cancel, but they had already shipped them! My fault for pulling the trigger too soon, as they say in the gun trade, but hokey smokes! --- they got to NJ in two days from Texas! God bless my former employer, the USPS. I repackaged them after getting an RA# from GunMag, and shipped them back via my dear post office --- two days again! Waited a few days, and GunMag credited my card. I do understand the frustration over the long shipping time. So much so that I decided to cancel my order. However, I did find their customer service blazing fast, accommodating and very friendly. I sent an email after hours last night requesting the cancellation and before 9:45 I had received an email confirming my cancellation and refund. I am very disappointed that I had to cancel but pleasantly surprised with their swift response to my issue. I'm sure they are swamped with orders from people trying to purchase accessories while they still can. I ordered 2 Ruger 380 LCP II ten round magazines. When they arrived they were two aftermarket magazines for just the LCP. When I contacted them by email, they tried to tell me that they were compatible. They would work except that the new safety feature in the LCP II magazines exposes the round in the chamber after the last shot for easy removal. So, I sent them back but they could not replace with the correct item because it does not exist (at least Ruger only makes 6 and 7 round mags in LCP II). Not only did they make me pay return shipping but also a 15% restocking charge. I did not think this was fair because it was their error and I thought they would do the right thing and own up to it. I realize these conditions were clearly stated but couldn't you make an exception for your own error? If you change your mind, a refund of $16.64 would be appreciated ($6.65 return shipping and $9.99 restocking fee). Anyway, your act of good faith would go a long way in restoring my confidence in your company for future purchases. Thanks. read more

I had received multiple shipments from Palmetto State Armory, Ebay, and Bud's gun shop before gunmagwarehouse could even process my orders. No problem taking the order and my money instantly, but apparently they can't support proper inventory management and modern shipping practices.
