Wish I had read the reviews on this site before I purchased from GunMagWarehouse. Their customer service is terrible. I recently returned an unopened purchase with an RMA. I also have tracking confirmation that they received it several days ago. Their customer service department claims they have no knowledge of the returned package and they refuse to let me talk to the person who supposedly scans in the returns. They were very abrupt bordering on rude when I contacted them. They did not want to be bothered with my inquiry. I will never do business with this company again! read more

The company sent me the wrong size. Photo of order & what I received was sent & there customer service was terrible. Bought the shirt with an order for a gift and when I got the wrong size they said I had to send that one back before they sent me the correct size. I had ordered mags from them on the 10th, took a week to process. Had to call customer service to find out where it was. They said it would be shipped out that day. I had ordered 3 day priority shipping to get it here by the 20th for a class. It didn't get here until the 26th and they wouldn't refund me my shipping even though usps didn't have any tracking information until the 19th. Place sucks. My experience is identical to many others on here. 3 + weeks for an item listed as "in stock" on their website is unacceptable. Inquiries on my order were met with only "you will receive an email notification when your item has shipped". What a joke. Please shop elsewhere online or locally. GunMag warehouse sells junk. They do not support their customers and everything I have purchased on their site did not work.

Wow. What a failure of a company. * Ordered pretty generic mags. Billed on day 0. * 2 days later they change their website to say they are behind, and no longer taking calls. * 8 more days (10 total) they send me an email claiming the order is filled and giving me a tracking number. * 5 more days (15 total) I email them reporting the package tracking reports it had never actually shipped, yet they'd closed the order as filled. * Today, now 20 days after the order, I've emailed them several times, and used the internal support tool as well. They have never again responded, nor has the product ever shipped. And of course they don't answer the phone either. Meanwhile they are still taking orders, charging customers as fast as they can. read more

I have never had such awful service from an online vendor. I ordered an extended mag for my Glock 26. This was over five weeks ago. Customer service hasn't given any satisfaction. The answer I got was you will get an email and tracking number when it is shipped. This is after I was told it was lost in the shipping process. I guess I have lost my money as I have never heard from them. BTW. I left a one star review on their site... Do you think you would see it or that they might possibly respond and try to get a satisfied customer? They only post five star reviews. 3/19/20 Okay I finally got my mag. Placed two small orders during Freedom Week here in California on April 1 and USPS labels were not created until April 5th !!! With such high volume of orders UPS should have been chosen to deliver the job, no pun intended. According to USPS, my orders never left their store. After speaking with Ernie, the manager about this yesterday April 27th he digusted me with his unempathetic nature about the whole thing. Thank God I placed the bulk of my orders with Palmetto State Armory, who used UPS and shipped my orders the following day. Ernie should have hired temps to get these orders out ASAP. I ordered 2 Ruger 380 LCP II ten round magazines. When they arrived they were two aftermarket magazines for just the LCP. When I contacted them by email, they tried to tell me that they were compatible. They would work except that the new safety feature in the LCP II magazines exposes the round in the chamber after the last shot for easy removal. So, I sent them back but they could not replace with the correct item because it does not exist (at least Ruger only makes 6 and 7 round mags in LCP II). Not only did they make me pay return shipping but also a 15% restocking charge. I did not think this was fair because it was their error and I thought they would do the right thing and own up to it. I realize these conditions were clearly stated but couldn't you make an exception for your own error? If you change your mind, a refund of $16.64 would be appreciated ($6.65 return shipping and $9.99 restocking fee). Anyway, your act of good faith would go a long way in restoring my confidence in your company for future purchases. Thanks. read more

Ordered two 20 round ASC AR-15 SS magazines, they arrived just fine. The mags are a waste of $30. The anti-tip followers tip and jam, the followers don't lock the bolt open with an empty mag. The mags jam when trying to load more than 4 rounds and with 5 rounds loaded, the mags won't seat with a closed bolt. GMW sent an email requesting a review, I posted the same as this one. They verified my email then deleted the review. They didn't make the mags, they aren't responsible for those problems but they deleted a bad review of their products. I purchased these mags because of the good reviews, had I known they delete all the bad reviews, I wouldn't have bought them. Will never do business with them again nor ever recommend them. read more

The product I recieved was worthless junk, not what was advertised, sent me two magazines with completely plastic feed lips that were supposed to be steel AND the magazines had no springs in them, then they wanted me to pay for return shipping after THEY shipped me garbage. I ordered two pistol magazines from GunMag's website, but a day or two after doing so, I realized that I didn't really need them. I wanted to cancel, but they had already shipped them! My fault for pulling the trigger too soon, as they say in the gun trade, but hokey smokes! --- they got to NJ in two days from Texas! God bless my former employer, the USPS. I repackaged them after getting an RA# from GunMag, and shipped them back via my dear post office --- two days again! Waited a few days, and GunMag credited my card. I do understand the frustration over the long shipping time. So much so that I decided to cancel my order. However, I did find their customer service blazing fast, accommodating and very friendly. I sent an email after hours last night requesting the cancellation and before 9:45 I had received an email confirming my cancellation and refund. I am very disappointed that I had to cancel but pleasantly surprised with their swift response to my issue. I'm sure they are swamped with orders from people trying to purchase accessories while they still can. I ordered 2 of the 31 round mags for my G23 Glock to be used with my MiniRoni. I got an empty package with a sticker on it from USPS that said "Delivered without Contents" The top of the package was ripped open and no mags...I contacted Matt in customer support, he said they would send out replacements that day...which they did (sort of)....I got the package a few days later with only one mag in it...I took a picture of the 1 mag still in the package and sent off an email..I got an email saying that the other unit has been shipped with a tracking number...The tracking number has been "in process" for 12 days now. I reached out one last time with my concern on how long it was taking. I was told to contact USPS to see what the problem was and to file a claim. BBBOOOOOO!!! This is not my issue...it is theirs. I didnt want the run around..I wanted results...I am going to check my email one last time for the reply from Matt to see what he says...nope......nothing...I doubt that I will see the other mag that I am owed but who knows....I am in Utah...we have guns shops on dang near every corner...they are like 7-11's...I will focus on local business rather than ordering online next time....better off staying away from the ordering here...Sorry GunMag but you disappointed me....but you wont have the opportunity to do it again... read more

Ordered 2 mags for my mp9. Slow shipping 11+ days. One of the mags has the wrong floor plate. ( Short). Customer service will only replace if returned on my own dime in virgin condition. This was only revealed after they requested photos without saying anything about the conditional return for refund. Ergo,I broke the mags out of packaging to show in photos the reason the mag was unacceptable. So this customer service approach is borderline garbage. My time is worth more than whatever refund I would get for a minimal cost product after spending money to repackage and ship back to them. Your mileage may carry but be aware of the shady return and refund tactics. Furthermore, they suppress negative reviews on their product page. Wish I could give them no stars. Stay away. read more

I'm compelled to edit my original review as GMW reached out to mend the fence. I respect that they responded to me with an offer to make it right. That's a stand up move and I appreciate a vendor who doesn't just shrug their shoulders and move on. GMW followed up and communicated in a very positive way. Much appreciated GMW. Thank you! ### Placed order, received invoice for purchase & Tracking # (prior to the HCP stay going into affect). Sent multiple inquiries regarding verification of shipping and was assured by GMW that ALL orders placed prior to 'the stay' will be fulfilled. Patiently waited 10 days even though Tracking stated it never was picked up by the shipper. I then start emailing requests for status. Then yesterday without any discussion, I get an email saying my order was canceled. I call and am basically told too bad and that its the shippers fault. However the Shipper states the order never left the GMW warehouse. This is way different than the commitment "ALL orders placed prior to 'the stay' will be fulfilled". Talking to two different GMW Reps I state I bought the product prior to 'the stay' thus a replacement order should have been shipped. Basically another too bad. If you guys will fix this I'm more than happy to call this a fluke as stuff happens. But right now, I'm compelled to use my 2A and Public Safety platform to steer guys away from the same thing happening to them. Balls in your court GMW. Please make this right. read more

From my order to my cancellation there was never a problem with these guys. They even offer a Norton guaranteed delivery which insures your product's delivery for free. Also used a filter site and they had the cheapest price for what I was looking for. I had to cancel due to financial issues and they got back to me the same night.
