Been there a couple times and the owner has been super nice and accommodating. Went there once and realized I was 15 min early, before opening time, as I was walking away, the owner opened the door and said "You're early, well, so am I, come on in". Do not recommend purchasing at this store. There is a single small sign saying no refunds or exchanges, so people are unlikely to realize there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind until you actually try to return something. The owner feels it is not his problem if there is something wrong with a product he sells, "I didn't make it, what can I do?" is literally what he said to me. Very poor customer service, so many other places both locally and online that are a better value for your money. *** Edit *** I did say I did not like it, that part of the response is true. I also stated that I shot the crossbow 6 times, and that every time I shot it pieces of plastic broke off, which was why I did not like it. Something you conveniently left out. And I did also state that there is a no refund and no exchange sign on the wall. Of course there is literally 100 other things on the wall as well, so if you aren't looking specifically for the sign odds are you are unlikely to see it. I stand by what I said. I was in the store some time ago and had no problems. I see from several robot posts that gave low ratings that things were terrible, not the case. I was acknowledged upon entering the store and looked for what I needed to buy and had conversations with those working there... NO PROBLEMS! Rude MF , the Arab guy, called me and told me I was approved for a gun so I drive 45 min there only to be told I was denied. Like I'm not mad at the denial but just tell me on phone. So when I get to store to buy he tell me I'm denied and said he looked at it wrong. He didn't apologize or anything, he told me to get out his store after I asked why you couldn't just tell me On phone.. He got very rude and told me to get out his store after he messed up. Don't waste your time at this rip off of a gun store. I been here for twice out of urgency but I should of just waited for Pr**ma*y A*rms to open on Monday or Pay*ne B**th*ers which both are superior companies to this dump. Also don't pay with cash!!! I was given a hand written receipt which the same guy who made the sale wouldn't honor a return probably because he pocketed it rather then reporting the sale. A lot of cheap China, Ali baba parts that doesn't last and will fail on you. Owner doesn't seem to know much about the questions asked on the phone but persueds you to come into store. After making a long drive I found out a lot of the items you find it also found on wish and eBay (foreign distributor). I do not suggest going to such a place for your firearms needs, unless "budget" is your main concern. read more

All of the guns, accessories, etc are high in price. Literally ripping you off. Everywhere else has the same stuff for 30% cheaper. They had sights marked at $230 and at Academy you could get the same one for $120 .. if you buy that, it's your fault not Guns Unlimited. I also had the same experience with a "New" gun being used. The front sight was chipped big time. The customer service was pretty below mediocre. They acted like I've never held, shot, or know nothing at all about guns and really wouldn't answer my questions. read more

I try to shop at small mom/pop shops. When I walked in, I was expecting another "tacticool" gun shop where everything is AR or AR accessories, and all small arms are very expensive. Most small gun shops in Katy were just that. But I was surprised to find a broad range of firearms here. Firearms for target/recreation, to hunting, to self-defense. I told him that I'm looking for a youth size 20 gauge shotgun for my son (for sporting clays and dove hunting). To my surprise, he had one available and the exact one I've been eyeing for a while. Even the big box stores didn't have it, unless I ordered it. Not only that, he instructed my son how to properly hold it and use it. We were happy with the purchase. I decided to also take a look at their pistols and they had a wide range. By this I mean price range. From $200 to over $800, there's one for almost every budget. Found a good quality one for a price as low as the big box stores. read more

I went in to purchase a trap gun and was greeted by two very seasoned and knowledgeable owners of the business. My brother and I spent a lot of time there, they made us feel comfortable. At first they were nice, I have bought a few guns from them and a lot of Accessories from there as well, I have spent thousands of dollars there. I came in today and was taking a picture of some optics and the Arab guy told me not to take pics this is not a museum. Then proceeded to tell me to calm down and chill out and don't talk to him like that! I am the customer and I am not to be talked to this way! This store is nothing special and neither are the prices. They really up-charge here. And the people are really short with you, they just want your money and if you don't have any then they don't want to talk or waste their time w you! This is a mixed review. Unless you have some good knowledge on firearms, I would not buy a gun here. You will get ripped off! The good part about this place. They have a great inventory of accessories and parts. If you are looking to repair or upgrade your firearm they will have pretty much anything you would need to do so. But this brings me to the second part. If you have the knowledge to break down a firearm and build it back, then you will understand why not to buy a gun from this place. The guns they have are off brand and they have a high price to go along with it. Just because someone smiles and tells you its a great gun don't make it so. of course they are going to say what you want to hear, "salesman". The first gun I picked up was marked as a new gun and priced as a new gun. I removed the pins from the AR and slide out the bolt carrier group. I seen major use and told him this gun was well used and he stood by saying the gun was new. I took my finger rubbed over the back side of the hammer and showed him the metal shavings. Then he said ohhh I guess it got missed labeled. The second gun I looked at, I did the same. I seen an after market trigger system in a gun that was suppose to be new. The same one they sold in the store. Didn't need to say anything more. So like I said before, if you want parts and upgrades....Yes. But if you are looking to buy a firearm....NO! read more

I have purchased several guns here. It is a great environment and, before COVID, had an impressive inventory. I haven't been since mid March. Anyone saying their inventory is China has an agenda. They have everything from high end equipment down to more affordable stuff. The staff and owner have always been very friendly and helpful. This shop is a Katy gem. read more
