Rude and uninformed sales staff. Came to buy a used MP 9mm 2.0. The sales person could not answer any questions and refused to get someone more knowledgeable when i asked. There is a sticker on the gun informing the shooter of a laser. I asked about it and the salesperson said he had no idea even though he bragged about taking the gun in. He then flagged himself several times looking for the laser (it didnt have a laser) but he assured me the gun had gone through a 5 point inspection... the inspection wasnt thorough enough to identify the sticker or the lack of said laser...what a clown show. read more

This is another FUDD range. I called and they dont allow Forced Reset Triggers even on burst mode. Barely allow binary triggers. They dont allow full auto firing even though full auto is technically legal. Such businesses should never be supported by freedom-loving people. read more

They signed me up for membership after explicitly stating that I didn't want membership because I do go to the range often enough to justify the expense. They've been charging my card and the guy on the phone told me they likely won't give my money back. First he said it was only a 3 month member ship but it has been 6 month. read more

Range USA Webster is not a woman friendly range. prepare to be completely embarrassed when they ask you if you're pregnant, when you're obviously not pregnant , and they ask you in the middle of the sales floor in front of everyone.. this has happened to me twice at this shop. this should not be asked- especially because the caveat regarding pregnancy is IN THE WAIVER you have to sign to shoot. for reference i am 5'3" and 130 lbs with an athletic build. great way to make me feel awful about my appearance. no one asked the other women in my group if they were pregnant. we are proficient shooters who shoot every weekend and we wont be spending any money here, and we recommend you don't either. read more

Cool little place. Went on Friday as they had a date night special, $22! Range is nice and clean. Safety officers are very attentive and ON THEIR JOB. We were able to shoot pistols, ARs, and Shotguns (slugs only). There is also a LARGE showroom with guns galore and ammo and accessories throughout. Go check them out!! read more

My son in law came in with a gift card to use to shoot on range. He was told that he had to be a member to use the range with that gift card! Wrong! I worked there for 2 + years and bought that gift card for a Christmas last year. it is one of the reasons I will never set foot in that store ever again. read more

New indoor range off Nasa Rd 1, staff is super friendly and definitely very helpful. If you're a member, you go first! I recently purchased a Springfield Hellcat and was recommended to this place by my brother in law. Yup, I'm a premium member lol brother in law convinced me to sign up for it. It was well worth it, we shoot about 4-5x/month and every time we go there was never an issue. The staff make you feel very welcome! I went in to purchase a purchase; however, I was a little worried that I would find the item cheaper elsewhere because it seem somewhat pricey. As I was leaving, a different staff member stopped & asked me if I found everything okay & at that moment I remember receiving a coupon from their website. I was a little upset when they informed that the coupon was for online purchases only, although that information was no where in the bold or fine print. The coupon offered an online code & what seem to be an in-store scan code. The gentleman who helped me asked his manager if he could honor the coupon & he did. They also gave me credit to try my new purchase out at the range with a friend at no charge to us. I'm looking forward to checking out their range IF I ever find ammo. read more

Three phone calls to Webster Range USA, still no satisfaction. I booked a training session online for $135 and received confirmation. Then, an email that cancelled the session. Then, a phone call that 1) Explained that the confirmation was simply notification that they immediately charged my credit card. 2) The "confirmation" did not confirm my requested appointment, only that they had hit my credit card. 3) I was chastised for not understanding the T&Cs 4) Told that I needed to respect the trainer's schedule, and 5) I needed to contact my bank for a refund. A few simple words like "we will fix this" would have been helpful. Instead, I got a lecture. read more

I am a member of Range USA/Webster. Nice place and great range. Most of the time service is ok. But I have had several negative experiences there. Including today. Purchased a pistol on their website/online. Went in this morning to fill out the paperwork and pick up my pistol and shoot on the range. I was told the fraud check had not been completed and I could come back in the afternoon or Monday and all should be ready. Went back this afternoon (25 minute drive each way for me) to finish the deal and pick up and shoot my pistol. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes, was finally told the person that could help me was not there and I should come back Monday. I have had other problems when purchasing guns from Range USA. Most of their employees are very good, but some are somewhat arrogant and indifferent. I am looking for another range. Too bad, nice facility that I have referred many of my police buddies to in the past, no more. read more

I think this is a pretty good place and I'll be coming here more often. They have a wide range of choices and the prices are affordable. They have an indoor range with rentals, which is pretty cool, although they need more of a selection in with those in my opinion. The staff is very helpful as well. Had a private lesson with Mario at the Webster location. I could not be more pleased. I knew nothing of guns prior to the lesson and was nervous. Mario put me at ease. The 1 1/2 hour lesson went by so fast and Mario was patient and made sure I understood everything as we went along. I look forward to continuing this journey. read more

My husband and I recently took a private handgun class at Range USA. We registered and paid online. I misunderstood what the fee covered for the class and overpaid. I quickly received and email asking if this was what I meant to do. When I realized my mistake, they immediately refunded the overpayment back into my account. We got another email giving us the date and time of our class, and I thought the whole process was easy. We took the class and it was very informative. Bill was our instructor. He was very knowledgeable. My husband and I both appreciated the extra time he took with us. He took extra time with me on the range, and was super patient, as I am new to guns and shooting. We will definitely go back and use the range to get more proficient. And I highly recommend Range USA, and I highly recommend Bill as an instructor. read more

This is a great gun range. We have been going for a little over a year. It's always clean, well ventilated. I love how they handle safety and they are very thorough. They have a great selection of guns to purchase or rent. The manager Greg is a great guy. Very personable and extremely helpful with choosing a gun and shooting. my family and I visited a few days ago to go target practice with my son who is 14. I regularly take him to a range so he can continue to maintain firearm use and most importantly safety and the responsibility that comes with it. during our lane rental period we were reprimanded multiple times for "rules" that were not presented during the waiver process. one reprimand was due to me carrying a pistol from one lane to the next (we had two lanes rented next to each other). the slide was locked open and no magazine in. seemed odd but we complied. wouldn't have happened if we'd known. also, no rapid fire. again, no mention beforehand. the big bearded guy was on a super power trip about our time being up and we were packing our things up. mind you that there were multiple empty lanes and no waiting list. no big deal I guess. we'll just take our business elsewhere and I recommend you do as well. read more

do not! do not take a class here!!! poor customer service online and you can only get a hold of someone via email! i signed up for a class march 22. after paying, i never received a confirmation email or instructions on what to expect for my class to take on march 28! when questioning and calling the location they told me to show up at 7pm for this class! so i did! when i got there they told me i should of been there at 2pm and ended at 7pm!! well!!!!! how was i suppose to know that! if no confirmation instructions or nothing was provided!!! i couldn't even access proof of the class because my account wasnt reflecting the class ! but you know where it was reflecting!!! my bank account!!! all they could do is tell me to email the main page!!! on march 28th guess what? i went home and later that night received the famous confirmation number!!! attached a screenshot of the email! when i finally heard back through email! they told me it was my fault for missing the class and there was no reschedule or refund! that i had to pay the class again!!!!! they must be stupid! i told them multiple times i wanted a refund and nothing was done ! now ive been ignored!!!!!! worst place to do business at ! read more

I've been going here since they opened. The vast majority of the staff are super cool. Occasionally they hire a dud, but they usually don't last long. I was a member for a long time and it makes using the range so much easier when all you have to pay for is targets and ammo. And the range is very nice. I've also purchased several weapons there. Selection is pretty nice. They have 95% of everything I've gone looking for and the other 5% they ordered for me. Same for the ammo selection. I have not used any of the training classes they offer so I can't speak to that. Overall, great range. When I have more time, I'll re-join. read more

I didn't really know what I wanted to review when I went, but just by listening, he was able to design a lesson that as very interesting and fun at the same time! The staff is very professional and informative. The only drawback, if there was one, is the price. It was not cheap. I didn't expect it to be. I was looking for 10 mm ammo, and they had it where Cabela's did not. Thirty-seven dollars per 50 - round box. Ouch, but even James Bond would enjoy this place. Went in because someone told us great things about this place. I'm so glad we did because they have a massive selection on guns for every price point. It was fully stocked. The indoor gun range has 20 lanes. They have memberships (which I just signed up for last night) with incredible deals. You can shoot every day and bring a guest free every time, you get free rentals, reserve a time for range, 5% off everything, a free class a month, a free ffl dealer transfer. Ive never done a review on any Buisness nor bothered to download this Yelp app but after dealing with this place I had the time today.. Customer service is absolutely trash. Lady called me twice saying My Gun was ready for pick up but was missed calls.. called back asked for an update on the gun few hours later, lady told me "oh yeah it was me who called you earlier wanted to tell you it was ready for pick up, told her great I will be on the way shortly. Arrived at the store waited about 10-15 min just for the guy to tell me it's not ready.. preceded to tell me , the calls were just to let me know theirs been an extent on my wait time, but I just got off the phone with one of your Co- workers telling me it's ready for pick up. Yes I've been informed I would have to wait 10-30 days for it to be ready but for yall to call me twice to tell me it's ready then come up to the store when it's not. Horrible Management. Wish I could give half a star, they dont care about they're customers they're just their for the check lol.. Been twice. Both times salemen pounced on me before I could get in the door. Guns and other stock overpriced. Asked for a Ruger back-up clip and was told they didn't have one. Three steps away I found one on the rack. It was 40.00. Bought it online for 19.00. Had one gun. Had all protection. Had bullets. Wanted to just fire off a new gun a few times. No negotiating. Cost me 43.00. In the range for five minutes. Nobody there and yet they stuck right between two other shooters. Didn't say crap as I left. Lanes were the exact same as most other ranges I have been to. I'll go to Best Shot from now on where the prices are cheaper and salesmen are not on top of you. read more

Excellent staff who are knowledgeable on guns, products, and services. Each visit I learn something new and appreciate all the staff, several of whom are also veterans - thank you. Many have taken extra time to explain and teach me things. Range Safety Officers (RSOs) are attentive, helpful, and even instructional when they can improve a shot. Membership is pricey, but has been well worth the friendly service, convenience, offerings, and accessibility. Nice to just walk in, get a lane, and go. LTC class is also very educational. read more
