I've now added 3 days to rental I'm paying for and they simply don't reply when asked about these prices. In my research, with OEM parts, I'm being well overcharged on each line item. they were incredibly obtuse in our initial conversation about pricing & repairs. They told me that the alignment machine was not being used at that time and that they could complete the work immediately if I brought the vehicle in. I was also told the cost would be $129. I took the vehicle to their location and they started on it immediately. I waited approximately 45 minutes for them to complete the work. While waiting I sat inside the clean customer area and watch TV while they performed the work on my vehicle. When the job was finished I was called to the front desk and was told the condition of the vehicle by the tech who completed the work.
