So I started Yelping other pizza locations with delivery, so I saw a name I had had the pleasure of enjoying, and they had the Largest Pizza Pie I have ever seen with my eyes. So I took a gamble with Gus's Pizza. I was ready for anything but cooking, so I checked the yelp and found the flier with the website, so I loaded the site up on my tablet and read through the menu and prices were not out of this world so I called in a basic order at 7:22pm 24" Two Top Bacon, Pepperoni No Sauce $26.99 24 Wings (would have been fine with 12-nice and meaty more Medium or HOT, scary but still good) Nice work Gus's $25.99 and an order of garlic twists - amaingly tasty $5.99 (We found for my families g.i.r.d simplified and made almost any pizza anywhere a flavorful experience you we did not have to worry about. So laterally my guy sayse they should be there in about an hour. Sounded busy, and so I usually try to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I keep myself busy with some social media doom scrolling and already adding up the bill I was ok with not cooking and not having to clean up. So around 8:27pm p.m., oddly the same number I called went to voicemail. I figured they were busier than even I thought. I tried to brush away the thoughts that something was not right or the delivery driver may have got lost. So I I try to call again at 8:28pm and same response went to voicemail. So I chill a bit mor and wait 10 minutes and call at 8:39pm, speak to my guy he apologizes and says his guy will be there in 5-10 minutes and he will have the driver call me. So I hear my phone buzz and I figure this has to be the driver guy, so I answer, he asks again exactly what the address is and I say it slowly and clearly as I muted the tv when the phone rang. And he says the same, I will see you in 5 or so minutes, I tell him the street to go north on and make a left on our street and tell him what car is parked in the driveway. So I had my son sitting af the front door in an office chair watching for a car to pull up front. Well, we have waited some more, and then we saw lights on the camera, and I sent my son out of the garage to meet the driver in the driveway. And I clear the table as my son walks in with what my memory see is a largest pizza on the online menu at the middle of the menu on www.orderguss.com the 32" pizza that starts $11.00 more the then what I thought we ordered. The order was warm (curiouser how they kept all of hot for almost 2 hours) but I digress, because the last thing my son showed me was a pen with 3 pieces of paper and the total of $80.76...What in the Fuzzy Nuggets, and how did the bill get that much higher. It is now almost 9:00 pm, and my son needs to eat and start the nightly rituals before he goes to bed at 9:45 pm. So overall, now having enough food, I will need to freeze half because on a rip roaring day, I could have polished all 24 wings off. They were meaty enough. i think I got to wing 8. **Note** always confirm order whether it's loud or not, and confirm your sizes and totels before you give a card number. Sadly, there were no pictures - I could not touch my phone with wing sauce everywhere. We will see what happens next time read more

This place did not disappoint! Our kind of environment. Just missing video games for the kids to be occupied. The ladies made you feel comfortable (like family). Pizza was excellent! Normally I have to throw napkins under a pizza as soon as they deliver to soak up the grease...NOT at Gus's. It was cooked to perfection. The wings were scrumptious. And they had a full alcohol bar. I tasted the hot chicken wings, it's not bad for me but my husband likes it, i like the pizza it's melting in your mouth. the second one we ordered was honey barbecue chicken it was super good i liked it not too sweet or tangy just good barbecue. the spivey with ice cream (dessert) it was good but you should eat it right away cause the cookies and ice cream complement to each other (it's not sweet) (i'm not a fan of sweet). The ambience was good, typical pizza place. The service was kinda slow they only have one chef (maybe because it's almost closing) but the freshness of the pizza and wings was perfection. Most of you will never see this and I hope you do before you bother with this place. So aggravated, that I walked away from the $12 anything that I paid for, I can't even remember what I ordered. I am pretty certain now that this is some damn kind of cash laundering thing because if they still have functioning flow, it is NOT for their food. Save yourself the misery. I was leaving when someone finally decided to check. I don't believe that anyone who should, will see this and even bother to respond but in such an event, I pray that 2025 is a year that brings you what you deserve. Take my $12 and use one per month to remember that you have ten people in that front and back of house who will give a care for success for you all. If that can't.... Fire them before you lose more. Im not a fan the pizza is over cooked as well as the wings . I recommend asking for sauce on the side for your wings and check the pizza before you leave. They do have good customer service they are just shorthanded read more

don't lie to your customers about the wait time. Claiming for it to be 15-20 minutes ends up turning into an hour and a half will not build your clientele and retain customers. Would not recommend this place, papa John's has better service. read more

I ordered food for delivery, and the delivery person seemed friendly. However, I never received my food. I waited for the 40 minutes they had estimated, but it never arrived. By the time I realized it was too late, I was already hungry and had to look for another place to eat. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I was craving a mushroom burger. This place offered one on the menu and I saw they had tiramisu as well. I didn't get my mushroom burger but a normal burger that I could have bought from a fast food place. I also didn't get tiramisu but cheesecake which I can't even eat. read more

I ordered delivery through Grubhub. My order was placed at 10:31am and a time frame was given. A few minutes later, I got an email stating that my time frame had been changed. The delivery driver arrived at the restaurant a little after 11am and texted me to tell me that my order was just starting to be made when he got there, so he had to wait for a while. Needless to say, it was much later than specified. However, the pizza was very good and the wings were really tasty. I also got a salad, which was good, but they didn't include the dressing for it. No biggie, I usually put my own on salads, anyway. I'm not sure I'll be ordering from them again, but I might give them another chance. Although, from seeing other reviews, this seems to be the norm...we'll see... If you guys would get the delivery times more organized, you'd have much happier customers, because your product is pretty good!! read more

Service was great! Seemed like a family business, everyone was friendly and just talking was like great entertainment. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered a big meal, and they took longer for an item but made it up for giving me free fries. The food was so worth it. I've also seen them donate to special causes and hold fundraisers. This is the 2nd time I order a couple of pizzas, the 2nd time I get there ( this time 10 min late, so 50 min since ordering) at the specified pickup time, first time 30 min, this time 40 min, and the 2nd time in which a nearly empty restaurant has NOT EVEN BEGUN making them. It is a good neighborhood pizza joint but in my opinion they don't cook with love. Especially the wings they are always over cooked and over seasoned when it comes to lemon pepper. But it's my opinion however they are friendly and reasonably priced and a good hangout spot. read more

I've been a long time customer, I thought I was good friends with manager I always purchase my hot wings from him and I asked if he could give me a deal he proceeded to agree and give me a discount. It's usually $25 but he said he'll take care of me if I just come down to the store. When I go pick up the food, I was still about to be charged $25 but I spoke up and said the owner said $22 but then I see the owner has my order under as "cheap Muslim". We got a flyer on our apartment door for Gus's, so we decided to try them out. We ordered over the phone for delivery, we live 10 minutes away, and ordering the pizza was seamless, the guy on the phone was very nice and he did tell us that it would take about an hour. We said okay no problem. A little over an hour goes by, we decide to call just for an eta, he said the guy will be there in 10 minutes. This is where we start to have the problem. 20 more minutes pass by, we call again, he says the guy will be there in 5 minutes. This time the delivery guy actually showed up within about 5 minutes. When we finally get to open our order, we get to find out that the friend we ordered were literally so cold, limp and soggy they almost fell apart when you picked them up, they didn't put the right toppings on our pizza and our pizza was also pretty cold. the wings were the smallest wings I've ever seen, and they were also cold and soggy. We paid $50 and waited an hour and half for cold food that we had to reheat in the microwave. Not sure what needs to be fixed over there but they have some improvements to make. I'm more disappointed then I should be. The guy was on the phone with a non customer when he was taking my order and still messed it up. It was simple, a slice of supreme with no olives. I picked off all the olives but I was just very disappointed with the service. I asked for a water because I can not drink Pepsi product and still ended up getting a Aquafina water which is Pepsi product. He should have asked if I wanted bottled water. We ordered from here last week we got two pizzas one was incorrect but I ate anyway because I was so hungry was not great and asked for extra cheese absolutely did not get that, anyway thought we will give them another shot ordered cheesecake this time over 5 dollars for the most ridiculous thin slice I've EVER seen it looked like they took a normal slice and cut that in half. This place has a lot of character to say the least lol My boyfriend and I get a show every time we go. After making a few UberEats deliveries for them I decided to try them out. The food is exceptionally delicious! We've tried the garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, sandwiches and pizza Seriously all of it has been excellent. The first time we went they gave us a free pizza for our next time in, because they were out of an item we wanted. Then the second time we went to get the free pizza he ended up giving us the free pizza and letting us keep the card to get a free pizza again because they took a long time to make the food. We didn't expect anything free at any time but it was nice to have someone who has awesome customer service. It's not a common trait anymore unfortunately.
