I got a margarita pizza and it was good. if you're hungry, you can easily kill a pizza to yourself. Or share a pizza with someone and get a salad etc You can do the valet parking and get it validated through the restaurant or there's the parking structure a little walk away, unsure if that gets validated. This is great for a date night, catching up with a friend, or even getting a bite to yourself. Thankfully, they keep the temperature in their nice and cozy COOL, especially because the oven is right there. Service is always nice enough.

I've been having really good pizza as of late and this pizza didn't hit the spot. Really bummed as we were excited. Definitely will seek other options next time in Phoenix.

The covered patio area is much nicer, and with an eastern exposure, it should bake in the sun less than the old place's western exposure for most of their operating hours. We were seated at a half-booth, and the restaurant was very crowded because it was their first Friday night at this location. Nonetheless, we arrived early enough to be seated without a wait. I will say that the food took a very long time to arrive--40 minutes or more--but I'm chalking that up to the crowd and growing pains at the new location. I have been a customer of Sardella's for about 12 years consistently and when they altered their delivery area about 7'ish years ago, they would still allow me to order because they said I was an existing customer. I love their food and their drivers have always been kind to me, and to acknowledge the fact that they were going across the street 1 side-street outside their delivery area I always made sure to give the driver a tip. Something happened a couple weeks ago when I called to place an order. I have not ever been able to join their rewards program because I was "outside their delivery area" but I am sure that it would have helped me out since I have made HUNDREDS of orders. When I called, they said that "they were making a call" and not going to accept my order because it was outside the delivery area. At first I was just in disbelief, but I accepted it because maybe that shift was just slammed and could not accommodate a request that was 100 feet outside their delivery area. Then this happened again last night and I could not remain silent about it. I am not unappreciative of the food and time that has gone to my house over the years. The person on the phone taking my order said they were about 1.5 hours out for delivery and they would not take my order. I would have accepted the 1.5 hour wait because I LOVE their pizza (shout out to pepperoni and meatball toppings). As a result of these two order refusals, I unfortunately will have to take my business to another family pizza restaurant in my area that is closer to my house and a bit less expensive. I paid the premium for the premium product that Sardella's gave me, but they cannot keep my loyalty when treated like this. read more

This place is absolutely phenomenal. After walking in I was immediately greeted by the wonderful staff who was very supportive. Lexi reassured my great decision to buy the mango habanero wings with the Sardella Supreme medium. It was more then enough deliciousness for an entire month. This place should start selling food porn calendars with stringy dripping cheese I just want TO EAT IT ALL!! LOVE THIS PLACE. It's a Phoenix must go to and see. You honestly haven't lived until you've tried this pizza. I loved dipping my pizza in the mango habanero sauce it was like a little taste of Habanero Jesus. I would take a shower in that sauce if I could and they would call me super habanero man. Another thing I really like about this place is the name. It's so authentic I feel like grandma sardella would walk out from the back rolling dough just to pinch my ears and stuff my face with her 97 year master dough bread. But really... theirs something so familiar about the name of this place... hell if I had my own pizza place I'd probably name it Sardella's also. I mean a beautiful name for beautiful people, pizza, and pepperoni. Shoot I'm in real estate, I think I'll go look up my own place and model it after this, if my Sardella's pizza was a quarter as good as this I'd be let into pizza heaven with Italian women and Ferraris. I'd placed a delivery order at 2:50pm the current time i6:02pm still no food. Now I understand about possibly being very busy because of the playoffs. 3 hours is inexcusable. I can live with an hour and an hour and a half maybe 2 two but 3hours no way at all. Called talked to manager he informed me that he had an experience driver who told him he knocked on my door and called my number which was not true, told manager no knock on my door or called Manager said he could remake order and sent it out it would be another 45 minutes, I said forget that give me a full refund and cancel order that I didn't receive. We went to have Dinner on 5/15/23 after my daughter's Graduation, it was a party of 11, It was our first time there. The customer service was the BEST! Pies are good, well cooked and toppings are perfect. The biggest negative is the chef salads which we order every time we order pizza's, they are perfect for lunch at work the next day. They are although inconsistent as the lettuce goes from crispy to wimpy from order to order. The deliveries are on-time and the food hot. The sauce wasn't too sweet, which was a plus. The pepperoni I give a three star. It was just OK. Garlic knots were kind of cold and had decent flavor, I'd get that two star for the fact they were cold and three star on flavor. Good customer service, they brought a coloring book and crayons for my toddler which was great. Okay pizza, good lunch specials for a good price.
